What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all

(((hugs))) Jo. Hope you are feeling a bit brighter soon.

Maman -yes, thats the SIL. She's really lovely. Couldn't ask for a better one. I can imagine what MIL would say about her buying the dress, but I don't care !!:rotfl:

I'm off work still today and tomorrow. Then its back to work Wednesday. Bleugh. Got very used to being at home and don't want to go back!:)

Got on the scales today as diet went off track this week. Was horrified to see I'd put some back on. So back on track today...will get on the exercise bike and cross trainer. And will be AF this week in order to give it a bit of a bump start.

    Have good Mondays all!

    Miss P

Sorry, forgot to say...checked my bank yesterday and have had a small rebate from southern electric...so I can get a new rug for the living room when its decorated the weekend!!:T:T

Also forgot to say 69chick...we have an exercise bike we got for £5 of ebay ages ago, a cross trainer OH got from a friend for £10 and we are going to get a rowing machine. So am keeping an eye on ebay for that. I also want one of those punch bag things I can hang from garage ceiling that i can punch to my hearts delight when I'm angry!!:rotfl:

Hi 115k anything is worth a go and you never know it may work for you. Mr Budgie has been having cbt, but he is now on a conditional management course which runs for 10 weeks. They cover different aspects each week, last week was anxiety, it does seem to be helping? It basically helps you to manage your condition and realise the triggers etc.
The programme runs nationwide I believe, we had a dvd on it off his personal advisor on the esa side. She was very positive over the results that people had achieved.
It is only week 3 tomorrow for him, I was pleased for him last week as another male member joined, On the first week it was all females (A few of them and 2 women running it)
Still as I said to him, it was an achievement that he stayed, as I too would have felt uncomfortable. Especially when they had to play volleyball with balloons, it was an icebreaker aparrently.
So hugs and take care, it is a slow process getting to where we want to be, but at least if we all keep trying, that is what we have to feel positive about.
I hope your next session goes well sweetheart, big hugs and take care, remember be kind to yourself :A (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks!:A I hope Mr Budgie finds it helpful too.

Strangely enough I used that technique on Friday and Saturday and it worked!! Friday I went to traditional Welsh funeral (wake was tea and cake back in the chapel vestry) and when I got home (after 3hr drive) I told myself I wanted tea. Saturday after a dance (Scottish) I did the same. Before this thread I would have opened a bottle and had (at least) half despite it being late and almost bedtime.

The technique seemed like it made a lot of sense.:T

I had the worst nights sleep, only about 4 hours. I have so much luggage under my eyes today!

    Good Morning everyone,

Well, back from the weekend away and feeling fine.

Sparkles, I completed the last challenge 100% (couldn't post, no internet access where I was) and I'd like to join in this week's please.

DB I think that must make it 10 or 11 now in total????

I find it really helpful and as I didn't drink last night (but did on Friday and Saturday night) I'm on track.

This week I am going to get myself organised and be very concious of what I eat and how I spend my time (I'm a bit of a fritterer and never get enough done).

    have a good day
    Trying to keep in budget.

Couldn't you save money and hang MIL there instead MissP??:D

I'm feeling rough today, very tired and dehydrated. It's amazing how tolerance drops when I have some AF days. Can't believe I used to be a bottle(+) a night, every night. How did I manage??

Hope everyone's happy today. Good news about MrBudgie, and enjoy your golf trip YM. Not that I'm an expert but what's your handicap?
