    Hmmmm maybe you're right

I will be including shallots and roasted garlic in with the pork so maybe I don't need a fancy gravy...

    Sweet Jesus I'm starving!

Will catch up on posts since Friday in a min, just thought I'd report in as I just got home, 24 hours late - not that we overdid it on Friday night or anything. Given that our combined ages are 115 you'd think we'd have more sense - apparently not....I'll tell you the tale as a lesson to you all! You young whippersnappers!

I was thinking how did I get dragged into this!:rotfl: I'm half asleep, I only woke up at 11.30 this morning.:o I was having a dream I was on Big Brother and I woke up mortified about it.:D

Buy new scales, they are blatently broken!!

I bought some new scales a few years ago and it turned out that the old scales were half a stone too light and I had a shock.when I stood on the new ones! I had to have a bar of chocolate to deal with the shock.:p

I'm finally having another AF day today so 4 for me!

I think today is another roast potato day too.

I'm not really keen on roast potatoes, or any other kind of potato for that matter. I do though, lurve, some HM yorkshires, loads of veg and a spoonful of every condiment in the fridge, whether it be appropriate to the meal or not (except ketchup and mayo, obv, we only talking the mustards, horseradish, apple and mint sauces here )

Right, I'm off, chow now

Dunno how you managed to quote something I never said

I do concur with the sentiment, though and will be having lots of crispy roasties

    Thought you would approve ;)

Hope you have a good week mate, I am sure you will ;) (()) xxxxxxxxxxxx

Well no more alcohol for Budgie as I have just ordered the celebrity slim starter pack  well I have to shift this blinking weight, it is a struggle carting my stomach around with me. Nothing fits me at all :(

My replacement treadmill arrives on Thursday which will coincide with my starter pack. (I am using the old one but the noise gets to you, even with the radio on full).

So it is time to grasp the nettle and move forward, not backwards. That my friends has been and gone.

We now move onto PROJECT BUDGIE.

No more head in the sand, well beak, you know what I mean.

As Jo said before, to her 6000th post followers: "its been nice to know you all", I shall of course look forward to still seeing you all when I am a little smaller :rotfl:

Fay btw you have no worries re: the scales your weight is peedie. :) (()) xxxxxxxxxx

Thats it: BUDGIE AIMS TO BE PEEDIE :)

    Love ya :A

Jo, I am doing the c25k (I acutally originally thought it meant you would be running 25k ) and am actually finding it ok, although I am only on wk 2 - it really is great for the mood... went out and did a run this morning and the good thing is I am only gone for about 35 minutes so doesn't eat into time too much - go on give it a go!!!

On the scales front, I found out the other day I had put on weight by going on the wii fit for the first time in nearly a year! Budgie they do that celebrity slim at the chemist near me...let me know how you find it....I am going to be trying the paul mckenna book/cd to see if that will help me, although I do already feel a bit less porky from the running :D

Don't forget that when exercising you build muscle that is heavier than fat so scale is not always right - best measure are clothes. I am thinking of leaving my scale in the airing cupboard and not taking it out for at least a month after getting my PMK starting weight tomorrow morning.

Just back from my run off to have shower and then pick DD up.
