    Morning All :hello:

I was AF last night so 14 please DB.

This morning I am really glad I was AF last night as I feel so much better than I did yesterday morning - which must sound really silly as I only had 2 glasses of wine on Friday night. I suppose you lose your tolerance to alcohol.:o

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning all

Very exhausted today, this is a symptom of being AF I think, I decided to catch up with Enders and Waterloo Road as OH went out (:D:D:D) and I ended up staying up till 1am, but kids still woke me up at 7.30am....v. tired! On the otherhand, I could've drank last night, fallen into bed at 10pm and woken up same time with a hangover....swings and roundabouts I guess...

Sparkles, I don't think I will do the Mon-Thurs challenge this week cos the last 2 weeks I've managed the challenge then fallen off the wagon on the Fridays, so I think I'll stick to be a one day at a time girl if that's okay?

Hope everyone's okay? Not had much time to catch up, had such a busy week and another one ahead! I am certainly earning my money at the new place! Can not wait till pay day on 28th May (thank god 31st is a bank holiday otherwise I would've had to wait till then to get paid!).

I need to get my head around that online spreadsheet thing and get organised for payday. Every bill needs to be accounted for so that I don't overspend! Unfortunately I'm not a spreadsheet whizz, how do I learn?

Sparkles, please add me to the Mon-Thurs challenge. Didn't try last week as I was away with work at a conference and knew that I wouldn't be AF. This week will be different!!

Why not download 'Open Office'. It has a spreadsheet and (more impotantly) is free and I would have thought it would have some form of help/tutorial......

Morning all. A very lazy Pen has just rolled out of bed. All this AF 'ness is certainly helping me sleep well.

I would like to join the challenge please Sparkles.

Aiming for another AF day. I don't have to do anything until about 4pm so hopefully I will be having a nice lazy Sunday :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x
