Hi sparkles,
Sorry I didn't manage to check in last week - my internet access was down and I don't log on at work cos I know they check what we look at.
Anyway, I made it! 4 days AF. The longest period AF for a long time. It's amazing how the depression lifts once the booze is out of your system and you feel so much happier.
So a big thanks for organising this and next time I'll try my best to check in daily.
Cheers mate!0 -

Well done missus!
depression does lift with no booze when many people see it as a coping strategy.
Glad to hear you are feeling better - plus for me with no booze for 2mths I can feel my emotions much better and in a happier place without it

Hi Jo. I make that 8 for you :j well done.

Good evening,
Been to London, have been on running workshop, dealt with ex - bleurgh, DD very tired on the way back and she was screaming that she wants to live with her dad. Lucky she fell asleep somewhere around J14 on M4.
Workshop was great but it really highlighted that I can't run as there is so many things I am doing wrong also watching myself on the video was horrid. I feel now so fat and awful after that experience. For next week I am going to run back from work in addition to running to work to get some more practise time. Following week need to taper before my first 10k race.
Really tired so going to get a cuppa and watch telly for awhile.
15 for me please WB"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
