Is this what we used to refer to as 'the end of term disco'? :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:even that was scary - I went to a girls' school but at the disco there were Boys! Girls kissing Boys (not me!!)! Oh the shock!

My school also has a summer ball now - my brother's band has been invited to play this year - small world!

Hugs WB, can't tell you how many times that's happened to me.

Onwards and upwards though hun, come sit next to me on this rickety old wagon, You can share me cushion n blanket :D

this, but if you think I could jog, no matter how slowly for a whole 60 seconds then you are very very much mistaken :o

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:to the last bit - same here!

Thanks for the ((())) Jo - like Sparkles I'm embarking on a tough diet regime next week - it's 3 months to my birthday & I'd love to lose 10K by then, but even a proportion of that would be good! I've always been careless about weightgain cos in the past it's always come off easily but I'm really struggling these days to make my scales co-operate with my wishes :D

Must go & do something...be back later x

    Morning all - slinks in - :)

Off to catch up on all the nonsense - my scales are path-illogical-liars.

    They are NOT my friend.

Bread and cheese on the other hand is definitely a good friend of mine!

    WB - hugs to you!

Plan for today - clean piggies, go and buy some food, when friend picks DD up go for a run, do some flying

Marru, I really am in awe, but I honestly would have trouble jogging for 10 seconds let alone 60!

Roast pork in the oven, on high to get the crackling going then right down low for a 6 hour roast

I'm gonna give the pork gravy a go myself as well, taken from woman's weekly (!!!) off t'internet when searching for pork gravy recipes, I don't actually read it, just so you know.....

It says, Drain off fat from roasting tin, pour juices into a pan, add 500ml cider and let it reduce by a third. Thicken with cornflour and add a dash of soy sauce to flavour. I absolutely detest cider, but love apple sauce with pork so don't know if this will work....if not, I got bisto granules on standby :rotfl:

I'd go with the bisto, personally...... but HM apple sauce....

Cooking apple, chopped, sugar and lemon juice, to taste..... easy and better than anything you'll get in a jar
