Have a good weekend everyone!
I've just joined Tesco Diets to see if I can shift this 11lbs to a stone - starting on Monday for 8 weeks and aiming to give it my all. I factored in no alcoholic drinks at all so that's another 2mths to aim for AF
Have written down the recipes, my allowances and shopping list to up my fruit intake again to what it used to be.
I've slipped away from the fresh fruit and veg part of my diet and I'm looking forward to starting this again
Wish me luck and let's see if I can achieve this target!
:T :T :T :T :T
Fantastic, Sparky..... brilliant mentality! I hope to get on that wavelength next week
Good luck, and if you ever need a kick up the 'arris, jo is usually around :rotfl: :rotfl:Neigh, neigh, and thrice neigh

Don't even get me started Lurks......my Dad said he would pay for stepdaughters transport (he knows someone with a lambo, a lotus and a ferrari). But NO...she went for the horse drawn bleeding carriage...

Miss P I was thinking of getting Paul Mckennas 'i can make you thin' have you got that one? I don't need to lose that much weight but I definitely eat when I am not hungry and when I am bored/fed up etc. so was wondering if any of his cd's might help with that.....(actually now I have my shiny new ipod I thought it might get the ap version !!)Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000

I have the book and the cd and I love it. If you do the cd religously (ahem...i don't:o) then i find it really works! Worth a go! Plus his is a really nice voice to fall asleep to!**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -
Thanks Miss P
I so wish that we had proms when I left school, like Lurkio said we just got a disco! my niece had her prom last Friday but only bought a dress a couple of days before  My sister got her bridesmaid dresses online, from a company that advertise on ebay...the do off the peg sizes or else like my sis did made to measure...she was really impressed with them.. (and I wore one too and it was lovely) I could find out the name of them if you want......I know they have a separate website as well, but just advertise on ebay too...

Happy Anniversary Changing Ways, well done on your fantastic achievement:T
Hope you're feeling better sim, some great advice about looking forward to what you can change. Have you re-booked the GP appointment yet?
As you're not on here jo, I hope you havethe remote all to yourself:D
Hi MissP, any luck with the prom dress yet? I don't know what sort of thing she's looking for but I'm after something for a wedding and I thought very.com (or something like that if you google it) had lots of choice, reasonable prices and some good reviews.
Waves to everyone else (or would wave but computer still won't do advanced smilies or links). Hope everyone has a good weekend planned.
4AF please DB0
