Does anyone want me to run another one either

    a) over the weekend a 72hr challenge midnight tonight until midnight Sun
    b) another 96hr challenge starting midnight Sun until midnight Thurs
    c) a 7 day AF challenge - can we stretch ourselves a little further and go for a whole 7 days?

Please let me know what you think

it has nothing to do with AFness, just to allay anyone's fears... sorry, that was a bit alarmist :o

Ok, just another Mon-Thurs one it is

    Have a good weekend everyone!

I've just joined Tesco Diets to see if I can shift this 11lbs to a stone - starting on Monday for 8 weeks and aiming to give it my all. I factored in no alcoholic drinks at all so that's another 2mths to aim for AF

Have written down the recipes, my allowances and shopping list to up my fruit intake again to what it used to be.

I've slipped away from the fresh fruit and veg part of my diet and I'm looking forward to starting this again

Wish me luck and let's see if I can achieve this target!

Lurkio, I am a Londoner but live in Lancashire so guess that doesn't help really ;)

Sparkles, I will go for b) if you are happy to run it again...I could have easily had a drink last night as DH went out and got wine in  and offered me some, I wouldn't have had loads...but as I had declared on the challenge I said no :p so count me in if you run one....

Sim, agree that your priority must be those appointments, you know you can do this now, please don't beat yourself up too much, tomorrow is another day....I do think that you would benefit from some more help if you are feeling so low so get to that docs sharpish xxx

One thing that is definitely lifting my mood is my running challenge that I have just started, I have never run before, but have started on the 'couch to 5k' program (there is a thread on here for it) and have done my first weeks runs...I am truly surprised by how much it has lifted me + no costs involved either :money:....Marru got me started on it ;)

Going to watch Lost now I won't be af tonight but thats ok as its planned and will only be moderate..

Computer is playing up as well and keeps freezing, think I may have a bug :eek:

Hope your hot water stayed on Jo.....

    Catch you all tomorrow xx
