What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Sparkles - I am restarting Paul McKenna on Monday so will be with you all the way. I would love to drop couple of dress sizes.

    69chick - Good for you!!!

Thanks for all the good wishes!

I need to lose 2lb this week and I'm already thinking about how I'll cope without the crisps, biscuits and chocolate I usually eat but it's time to get back in control of this and concentrate on health some more

Back in the day of school discos I know we never paid much for an outfit - how times change eh? I would have a nosy on ebay I'm sure you could pick something cut price up in there. Or a TK Maxx if you have one or BHS Wedding section for girls?

Lovely day here so the washing is on ready to go out on the line and I'm just planning what to do today

    Wow, well done Changing Ways!

I wasn't Merry last night at the leaving do, or at least I was the other kind of merry. But given we were in the pub from 5 till 11 with no dinner my pacing myself was fairly successful. I bought crisps and alternated wine with soft drinks in the early part of the evening. So at least it wasn't a train wreck.

Hope you all have a good week. See y'all soon.

No such luck *where's the rolleyes smiley*, I had to pick OH up from the station at 4.30pm then as he was the one with the money had to take him to Mr Ts......I got home at 7.30pm  we only bought 3 dinners, my feet were throbing and I was ready to kill him when we finally got to the checkout. I have never known anybody to walk around a supermarket for so long!

Totally burned and crashed last night on the AF'ness, same thing happened to me last week, had a really good week then lost it *shrugs*

I have got so much housework to do, my house looks like someone has ripped it out of the ground and given it a shake whilst I was out. The kids are in a sqaubbling (sp?) mood this morning and I had intended on trying sort my finances SOA out before I get paid at the end of the month, been trying to get started with that since 8am and I've still not started.

Hope you all have a good day xx

PS...there are rumours that OH might be going out tonight please everything crossed ;)
