I am so excited about this - have we all to individually buy aida and floss or are we doing a bulk order? Great idea about putting the pattern on pdf, so we can all see it. Great we have the designers permission, so it is probably best to use her colours.

I can sew. Cross stich takes me a while but I'd help make the patches- if someone gave me an idea. I'd hate to break it.......

Hi Lellypants :wave:. I am the total opposite, I can happily follow a cross stitch pattern all day long, but I’m useless when it comes to normal sewing. So glad you have offered to join us, we really needed people to help with the patches, thank you xxx

I’m getting very excited about all this. I’ve managed to find some 14 count Aida so I’m ok for material but same as sweetcarer I need some advice about the threads. I’ll gladly chip in towards a group order, I just need to know which way we are going.

Any ideas of a timescale? Should I have set this as my May challenge on the Cross Stitch Cafe to make me get my butt in gear????
