Maz I freeze bananas to cook with, but I've no idea if you could eat them right from defrosting.

Totally unrelated to parenting but how do I get Lexulous?

Susan, if you type Lexulous into the search box on Facebook, it should come up with the game. You can then challenge people to games.

Thanks Susan :) It was my boss who suggested the career break option (well - HR told her), which I think would be a better option than parental leave anyway.

How is it that my baby can't bear to be parted from me but can crawl off whilst my back's turned and make her way out the back door???

We went to a play-centre today and I was sat with her in the baby/toddler bit. She LOVED the other children - but she is liable to scratch them and pull herself up on them so I have to keep bringing her back which she doesn't like. I might look into the nursery option. Do they do settling in sessions?

I wouldn't worry about the pulling up against other babies! Jack does it all the time at creche, he uses them as climbing frames (until the move out the way). I just make sure his nails are mega short so he can't do any damage to anyone else.

With the settling in sessions, you usually go for an hour or so and stay with baby maybe twice, then leave them there for an hour, then progress to a morning or full day. The staff are used to babies being grumpy and they will cry but once they get used to it they have a whale of a time. The first time I took J there was a new baby in there who was very clingy and they just gave her lots of cuddles to calm her down - now she loves it!

I saw Harley on FB earlier on.

Poor Molly just had her first proper fall down from standing to flat on her back :(

Aw poor Molly, we used to pop a pillow on the floor behind J so that it didn't hurt when he fell. After a couple of days she should start lowering herself properly onto her bum. :) In the meantime, cushion that blow!

Aw Little Jayden will be 1 tomorrow :j How fast has that gone?!
Can't believe he didn't hold on til the 9th though ;)
