Glam, I think it depends on which version I use.

Maddy naps late morning, that way I can put her to bed at 7.30pm. I need my evenings.

Lovely tattoos btw, I do have one on my ankle but wonder if I'll want it in 10yrs time, starting to feel old...

I would avoid the version by Sophie from Big Brother

He slept from 9.30am til 11am and then the creche try and put them down again around 1.30pm. He slept for so long this morning because he was up far too early.
I'm going to wake him up now I think, he'll never go to bed otherwise!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

    Evening all :)
Afternoon all - we tried a new toddler group this morning and had lots of fun. Had lunch at my parents and a play in the garden - I let Izzy run around with no nappy on, which confused her no end - she was trying to put one on by herself :rotfl:.

Elijah is currently running nekkid around the garden and splashing his water table wildly :T he is very pleased and seems more than happy to be nappy-free :)

I have been seethingly busy at work in advance of week off, I have ticked off some of my actions from earlier in the week (booked hire car - Passat, opted in to salary sacrifice pension, bought mouse and bits and pieces...) but not others yet, have come home early to get a gorgeous piece of locally sourced organic roast beef on before I mowed and raked the lawn, now I surf the net for 5 minutes before wrangling damp nude boy :) Then later after he is in bed I need to do at LEAST 90 mins work before tomorrow morning... which may be difficult after the red wine I plan on drinking with the roast ;)

I spent all last night finding and ordering and labelling pics from E's birth-til-now and putting them on FB
when I should have been working really.... sigh yawn

Just keep an eye on it I think Tara, if the skin puckers or blisters take her to A&E, don't put any cream on at all... It turns into oil and frys hot skin... If she's calm then I imagine she'll be fine :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Don't put any cream or ointment on Tara, soak a clean cloth (not fluffy) in cold water and cover the scald, and if it's bigger than about the size of her hand take her into A&E to get checked out. Remember that her skin can be damaged up to 15 minutes after the hot liquid hits.

Tara - how much of her is scalded? If it is a large area it might be worth checking with NHS direct, as they may recommend a&e to be on the safe side even if it does'nt look too bad. How long did you put cold water on? They say you should do it for 10 mins. If it's just a small area and you've done all that then a hug and maybe some calpol should do the trick ;)

Eeek Tara :( but it sounds like is probably ok if nothing but pinkness now and a relatively calm baby. Cool water and watching it closely and leaping into action if it blisters or she gets too upset...

What does anyone think of 'Pie Jesu' to walk down the aisle to?

I found a slower one was hard to get the walking right tara, but if all the procession are with it and can keep a good step that doesn't look odd you'l be fine! Try right foot forward, left foot to meet it, pause.
