My DH can remember the 1970s! He was 13 the year I was born. It makes him feel really old when there's stuff he remembers and I reply I wasn't even born.Proud to be dealing with my debts

In 1989 I was at secondary school, and in that year hubby was working in my town (we lived 45+ miles apart) and picking up a bloke who lived opposite my school  the thought that we might have 'seen' each other is simultaneously exciting (like fate) and slightly disturbingplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

i am really trying to be firm and not let her get away with it. i took two of her toys away tonight. am i mean??0 -
Oh, we're on memories are we? I remembre waking up with conjuctivitis and not being able to open my eyes, and trying to find my way to my parents room to tell them. My parents reackon I was about 18 months when that happened, but I suspect they may be wrong.
I also remember my mum trying tio clean bruises off me in the bath thinking they were mud (and making a huge fuss!) no idea when that was though.
The earliest memory I definitly know when it was was staying with my auntie and uncle when my brother was being born. I remember being in the bath with my cousin, and making a fuss because my uncle washed my hair.
I don't know whe all my mempries are bath related?Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Not mean.....
...but if it were me I would question the value of taking toys away? Unless she was causing danger with them she won't have a clue why you did it
