I just think Penis sounds so technical. Something the doctor would say and not a child, and I've never heard an adult refer to it like that either.

"I caught my penis in my zipper" I think I'd :rotfl: I am childish though!

We had our TC form the other day, but DH has lost his P60. ETA, maybe he hasn't had it yet, I don't remember seeing it!
As long as you have the figures (on the last payslip), you don't need your P60. They have to give you your P60 by the end of May though. (I checked yesterday because I was doing our tax return.)

Kindof - sorry to hear OH gran has gone down hill x poor E too xx

Been out with mil for most of day. Picked up T a summer coat on sale at mothercare it's s fab orange :) and some activity mats for £3 for 10 in matalan. T has jabs and hip scan tomorrow so not particularly looking forward to that but OH has day off and if T isn't too grumpy after jabs we're lunching at Harvester :)

Thanks Som :) Its not looking good, they have done a brain scan and its damaged so sounds as though even if she wakes then she might not (probably wont) be ok, FIL was saying as horrible as it may sound he would rather she went peacefully in her sleep (its his mam) than her wake and be trapped in a body that doesnt work right, FIL and MIL are going to see her today, visiting is only 2-4pm

E was ok after his jabs, he did calm down about ten mins later, and he was smiley and happy for the rest of the day lol, he was awake most of the day, he finally went to sleep at half 6 last night, we fed him at half 9 for a feed and changed his nappy and he didnt really wake up and then he woke at 1.30am which was good, then didnt wake for the day till half 5 and even then he didnt want food straight away, he had a full nappy (of wee) so I tihnk that woke him

Can anyone help with my search for a car seat, E is about 14 pounds now (I am getting him weighed on tues) and the car seat that he has (came with travel system) is no good once he reaches 20 pound. So we are going to have to get a new one in the not too distant future.

I would like one that goes from 20lbs till he is 12 (or reaches the height thing) I know you can get some that are all groups, but wondered if anyone didnt think that was a good idea?

Or if you's could reccomend ones you have?

I really need to claim tax credits, E is over 8 weeks old now, If I am not careful I will lose some of his money

What happens if I dont have mine or OH's P60 for 08/09 we have our end of march pay for 10 so can tell them what we earned 09/10 but with E being born in march they need 08/09 dont they? will they just not pay us for the little bit in march and start it from april?

Glam we are off to Ikea either tomorrow or sat as well, my mam is buying the same cot and mattress that E has for her house :)

LOL we call penis's Peeny's here lol like me and OH call OH's that lol I would feel weird saying Penis I dont know why lol

As kids my mum used to call it our flower. I tried that with Keira but it sounds weird to me, she calls it a foof  I think I'd feel weird if she called it a vagina! Even I don't call it that.

Plus she has a habit of bawling out innapropriate things like - MUM I GOT AN ITCHY FOOF. Like on the bus aswell! So at least SOME people won't know what foof is  If she screamed that out with VAGINA, I think I would just die.

Should OH get sent a P60 from his old job that he finished in October?
I think he should but not sure.

    J is distraught and I don't know why :(
If i put him down for a second he proper cries with real tears :( and has his fingers rammed in his mouth. Just given him some teething gel and A&P - perhaps we are finally getting a tooth ;)

I have an invite with 10% and 20% off clothes in M&P - its the new store in Trafford Centre but its for Staurday 22nd May. Will bring it next week if anyone wants it :)
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Hugs for your family kindof. :(

I was looking at the 20lb - 12 years ones, and the only reason I didn't like them, was that they didn't look as comfy for litte ones. The ones I saw didn't reline, so if baby was sleeping they'd hurt their neck iykwim?!?

We've got this cheapy one http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3753646/Trail/searchtext%3ECAR+SEAT.htm
(gutted because i've just seen they do it in pink too now). :(
I think Mel has the same one?

We didn't actually mean to get it, MIL bought it before Christmas to keep in her car as it was on offer, and we sort of tried it out in our car and it's stayed there. Ooops! :money:

As long as you have the figures (last payslip of the financial year) you don't need the P60 for tax credits. If you really can't find the figures, I imagine you could ask to start the claim from the beginning of this financial year but you'd lose about three weeks of money.
