Should OH get sent a P60 from his old job that he finished in October?
I think he should but not sure.
In theory he should have had a P45 once he finished with them. I presume if they didn't issue a P45 then they would now need to produce a P60.

I want to emphasise that I am a man of the world - honest - but a tuppence?? This is all a very strange and murky area, with far more complexities than I had previously envisaged!

They did give him his P45 but the donut can't remember what he did with the bit he was supposed to keep *sigh* and I can find every other payslip BUT October.

I have my P60 all ready and waiting for when the forms come.

Hmmm... I have no name for Ambers areas yet. Michael did point out that she had little boobies!

I'm glued to my book, that I bought to understand Christopher and as it happens, it's far more relevant to Michael! Christophers OT did point out that he had what she would term 'core stability problems', lack of balance and poor co-ordination. Last year at school he went to 'head start', which was for fidgety children. They played games like throwing bean bags into hoops before class. And that is one of the therapies listed in this book. I think I'll phone the school and ask about it. Not that I want to label him, but he has always been a bit behind his peers and this would explain a lot of it. Plus, this book says he can be helped quite easily.

Oh yeah, Sami and Caz, I went to the PO this morning.

We went to a baby group this morning, bit scary but not too bad hehe :) A was most impressed they got given some fruit at the end!!

Really? Have no outside window, so have no idea of what it's like in the outside world. Just as well I didn't hang that washing out then.

Glad the baby group went Ok. Only tried one with Joe and is was way to clique, clique. Scared shy little me. Highly recommend baby massage though, that was fab.

Tia, what you describe can be used to help/linked to dyspraxia and/or dyslexia.
Has there ever been any inklings that he has anything like that?

Sami, not really. He is immature compared to his peers, terrible writing and drawing skills, very good reader, good math skills, clumsy, uncoordinated, fidgety, speaks loudly, frustrated easily, day dreams and constantly rubs his feet against the rug or his hand against the sofa (what you would call fiddles). But nothing is particularly bad. I wouldn't say he has a problem, more like, I have found there are things I can do to help him catch up. Think he gets forgotten about, but he was 5 weeks early and had quite severe jaundice as a baby. Plus I banged his head off the crib when he was not even a day old.

Anyway, I will try some of the things in this book and see if it makes a difference, if nothing else it will be fun. :D
