  • Glam - was going to text you hun but your number doesn't appear to have survived the trip to my new phone :(

Do they keyhole appendixes these days? I am assuming the plural isn't appendices?

SS hubby still has symptoms but not worsening. Got his app through for mri today and his consultant app so all progressing. X

Right, all five verses of Twinkle written down now ready to learn on the train journey tomorrow so I'm really off to bed now. Night!

Oh my, I sing the same one over and over LOL. Although it does stop me obsessing about how many verses I have sung IYSWIM. Same as if I count sheep I count to 5 over and over so I don't get stressed about how long I have been trying to nod off. Strange? Moi? Surely not!

Lovely glam text me, it is keyhole but they are waiting to see if it gets worse. how strange to be reading but unable to speak! Would drive me nuts LOL!

Because K got up so late he hasn't gone down for his nap yet, I have given him his lunch and am going to whizz him up in a minute and then build the chest of drawers that k will be using once he moves into 'the boys room':)

something is up with Charlie? not sure quite what but he is quite warm and wandering around like he is lost, also not his usual active bouncy self? he is lying under the computer seat reusing to come out at the moment lol!

Pulled the slow cooker out and have a curry in it, am thinking about baking today but not sure what to make?
whats everyone up to today? we are having a lazy day in i think!

  • Benjamin was late up too (8.30!) but has gone down for a nap - he hasn't had a morning nap for ages? This cough and runny nose is knocking him about a bit.

Best get out of the bath!

Hope you feel better soon Glam, and make the most of the peace and quiet and full nights sleeps while you can ;) (mfd's got my number if you want extra people to have random txt conversations with :))

Caz, maybe he's just tired? Aimee gets warm when she's very tired...

Hubby invited his brother over today but as expected he's asked to rearrange it another time... He always says hubby doesn't make any effort to keep in touch, but then he never contacts hubby and when they do make plans BIL always cancels...

Anyway, since he's not coming I won't be making scouse for dinner... But I do have some minted lamb chops that I might make into a pie filling (Hubby likes the minted lamb one from the pie factory...)

Mum just rang, nephew's picked up an infection and is in hospital :(
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Afternoon all. Small miricle here - Izzy is eating raw apple. She normally tries it then spits it out and gives it back to me (yummy!) I also got her to eat a realy big lunch by making a big plate of cheese and tomato pasta (with some other veg and some butter-beans chopped up small) and then sitting down with her and two forks. I do try and get her to eat foor off her own plate, but sha always prefers mine, even when it is the same stuff. And this way there is slightly less washing up :rotfl:.

Caz, sounds like he needs a bit of tlc today then poor boy. It is so hard when they aren't big enough to properly tell you what is wrong.
