I only ever got halfway through crime and punishment, it was a bit of a slog... Have you read the night watch books? They're russian but well written...
Aless, I would be a touch wary of leaving the baby with people who haven't spent a lot of time with her as much for their benefit as hers... I would maybe make all the right agreeing noises with your sister and just evaluate the situation when you get there... You never know, he might be a dream being leftA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Sorry I havent posted lately, Im having a rough time
E has been screaming since 6pm and even though he is shattered will only fall asleep in our arms but then wakes 5 mins later screaming again
Its getting too much
He is staying at MILs tomorrow, and it saddens me that all I have enjoyed this week is looking forward to him going there, and it hurts me cos it shouldne be like that, I should be enjoying my child, but its hard when he screams for about 7 hours a day
Dr was useless today, just said it was colic and he'll grow out of it, we pushed and pushed though so are getting an appointment with the baby doctor
OH has just taken a screaming E out for a walk, lets hope he falls asleep, he is shattered

I quite like scarlett thomas, I'm reading 'PopCo' and I read 'the end of Mr.Y' last year, they're not for everyone though!
Love them! Esp Mr Yredmel1621 wrote: »Kids are all in bed.....I think I will have a little read, I am nearly at the end of book 5, of the 'True Blood' books that I got just before I went away. I will need some more recommendations for reading material very soon:) I do have Milton's Paradise Lost to read yet and Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment also waiting in the wings, but I am quite enjoying some light reading for now!!
xx
True Blood great reads, Crime and Punishment I thought was 'easier than it looked' and quite good through the middle at least, and the Night Watch series are also very interesting and good reads (I love the just slightly different cultural take on things). I am an avid reader!0 -

Believe me, I won't! It never even crossed my mind - I'm using some new recipes and I don't usually cook with wine so never thought about it until afterwards0 -
actually... wonder if my old IC summer shoes would sell in the 'well worn' category?0
