Boogery baby is taking up 2/3 of our super king size mattress - HOW?!?!

I got sick of being mashed against the wall so I'm up, but it looks like little miss is sleeping through for the second night running...

Jillie, did your mum get back ok? I meant to add you to my list of questions last night but was too grumpy, I'm sorry.

I'm likely to be extremely absent the next few days as the giant conference is starting today, but will be back on form Saturday afternoon or Sunday. I'm vibrating with the stress, seriously.

Eff it, it's 5am. Time for an attempted nap or for breakfast?!

Both Dora :rotfl: I hopped back in bed and had two hours of super intensive sleep snuggled between my two favourite people, then when one of them woke and needed feeding I fed her back to sleep and got up for breakfast. I'm about to finish my cup of tea, play one more game of Bejeweled and set about my day.

    You're up extremely early - I'm not surprised you're finishing early ;)

I just told her what I was going to do and she obliged. She did think we ought to go to the Botanical Gardens though.

I'd forgotten about there! Charlotte would love a visit as she likes plants and stuff.

I used to work in a science lab at Durham uni, and I often used to go and eat my lunch in the Botanical Gardens. It was lovely and peaceful and a nice place to chill out as the lab was hot and busy.

Hope you get your bed sorted SS and best of luck with the wedding prep Tara.

Just spent all night grooming the dog cos i bathed her earlier and her fur was matted behind the ears so i've chopped it out. Want to take her to a proper groomer but they charge about £30 don't they? I wouldn't mind but whenever i chop her fur it grows back in about a week lol!

I was looking at them on Amazon. Bob gets matted behind his ears and in his armpits, and his butt wings and tail get matted as the hair is so long and he collects seeds and leaves in them when he hurtles through the woods. Jack's hair is growing now and I think he's going to be the same.

We've got laminate downstairs and radiator cabinets. The fur all collects in balls under the radiator cabinets and sometimes it looks like we have rats or something living under there :o:rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

    Hey everyone

I am going to attempt to catch up in a minute lol

I had a really bad day yesterday, his pumps are beyond a joke, I had a screaming baby all day yesterday, I had been up since 1.30am with him and by bed time was just emotionally and physically wrecked :(

Anyhoo does anyone know how the sizes run on Pumpkin Patch clothes, there are some things I like in the sale but want to buy for E from 6 months

    Morning all.

Kindof - not sure what you mean about sizing? I had a look and they seem to size them quite normally - 3-6m, 6-12m. If you want to buy from 6 months, I would buy 6-12 months?? It's only rough anyway, it just depends what size your baby is and how quick he grows. He might grow into them at 5 months!

Have you started using the Colief yet?

Sorry Kindof, can't help as I don't think we have anything from PP.

SS- yay for Molly sleeping through but sorry you got pushed out of your bed.

Henry woke at 10:30 and wouldn't settle back to sleep so I let him sleep in with me and he woke at 3, 5 & 6 so not one of his better nights! Never mind, we're off out this morning for a lovely walk which will be fab.

I will be going to exercise my democratic right when OH is up later (he's on nights so is asleep now).

Andrea- I just found my local milk bank on that site that Fitz linked to and dropped them an email. Baby has to be under six months when you start donating but H is 5 and a half months now and they said that is fine!

Yeah sorry, I meant if they run small, like E has babygro's from Next which are up to 14lbs but he's been too big for them from when he was 11lbs

But yes your right, I should get 6-12 months :)

Yes he's had that for over a week now, I thought it was working, but yesterday was a mare

I felt so sorry for him, he was crying and had his pet lip on and he kept looking at me as if to say HELP, it broke my heart (oh god I'm getting teared up thinking about it again) to see him in pain (he must be in pain otherwise he wouldnt scream about it) was horrible

The Dr rang us yesterday cos they couldnt get us in yesterday and she was !!!!!, just tried to tell me that wind is normal blah blah, yes I am well aware that wind is normal but not as much as he has and not for it to keep him awake all day since 1.30am screaming, he was absolutly knackered by bedtime :(
