awww no Natalie! am glad you are seeing the positives though!!
Hope Jacks head is ok!
not sure what we are doing today, Charlie is away and Abi is at nursery so its a very quiet house. Have parcelled the ebay items so really need to get the courier to come and PO the rest? What's for you won't go past you0 -
Som - not sure what the Gro anywhere blind is you are referring to, but if it sticks onto the window, I think Bruno mentioned it last week. Someone else had one or was asking about it.
I am car-less today. DH's car is in for MOT so he has my car at work. But he has forgotten his wallet/watch/ring etc! I would normally offer to take them over to him but can't do that so luckily it's not anything important. I had made him lunch so he won't starve.
Not had much sleep. Holly was in a funny mood. Must have had wind as she just wouldn't settle lying down. Ended up with her in with me, and seemed to wake e very half hour. So we got up late this morning.
Just going to potter around the house today, cleaning and cooking food for H, and go for a walk at some point.0 -
EA - I'd like to visit the outlet shopping place in pompie at some point so if that's near you we could have a mini meet at some point.

Off to meet DK for coffee this afternoon so need to get my butt in gear, the sun is out so hopefully will stay that way or we'll be getting wet later!
Hope you manage to get a nap before hand!
Hmm My trousers are covered in mushed up easter biscuit, can't be bothered to change as no other trousers really fit me. Plus just found out I've got a meeting in London tomorrow to discuss my consultancy work and realised I've got to find smart clothes that cover my expanding gut. This morning's task I think!0 -
Bloody painter is here to repair the damage they did when they winterproofed our windows ... and he is singing and dropping stuff and woke the baby! AND the delivery guy doesn't do stairs so my bed is still down there in its constituent boxes so I can't relax, not that I can do anything if anyone nicks it anyway. The guy who's taking away the old bed and bringing the new one up isn't due till 3pm. And Husband has gone off to a dentist appointment and won't be back till about three minutes before I need to leave for my counsellor appointment. And I still need to get something to eat but can't while all the stuff from around the kitchen windows is piled up everywhere. Perhaps I shall sneak myself some lovely lunch while out. Does anyone here have the gro anywhere blackout blind? Am thinking of getting one as our blackout curtains dont fit our windows as well as they should and this way can take to my mums as my room their has very thin lilac blind at the window so always bright in there.
Hi Som,
Fitz remembers correctly! We bought it a few weeks ago and I'm very pleased with it, very easy and portable. It is a bit of a fiddle if you really need it to block light perfectly though, as because it attaches with suckers spaced regularly along the edges etc, there is likely to be a not-quite-perfect join along the edges of the window. We're satisfied with a 90%+ coverage0 -
Caught up on phone but bl00dy thing won't let me post.
