When we have something that I think might be a bit too spicy or if we are having a jar (like tonight we had Levi Roots Jamacian Stew) I either give J a jar of baby food or tonight he had 2 smiley mash potato faces, two big strips of chicken, cucumber and a tomato. He is dead cute with cucumber cos he makes a hole in the middle of the slice and then puts his thumb thru it and munches it round his thumb :rotfl:
I would probably try E45 as thats really moisturising but if you're worried - GP.
Big hugs Tia - go to bed xxA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Benjamin has a few dry/rough patches and I use aqueous cream.
No such thing as 'suitable foods' most things are suitable - the most obvious chip shaped thing is a chipplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
No it doesn't lol
I never realised it would read like that sorry!
It didn't, i just used selective quoting and hoped
I was just about to post that the neighbours are being normal people tonight and not making any noise. But then the 'other side' are currently in their kitchen banging and clattering against my wall. But it wasn't them she went to see today. I'm wary of looking like a complete nutjob if i complain about them both at the same time, so i've been alternating. I don't get why they can't all be quiet at once, and for longer than an hour or so?
Omg i am so so so so sick of talking/typing/thinking about them LOL. I am boring myself to death.0 -
Jillie - it sounds weird, but olive oil is really good for dry skin (and all natural too
), so might be worth a try. As Glaz says, speak to the doctor if you are worried, although in my experience they will just tell you to moisturise, and maybe use hydrocortisone if it flares up or looks sore (not medical advice, just what response we've had in similar situations)... I now have a variety of different moisturisers that don't seem to do a lot. At least prescriptions are free for little ones!
Now I must go to bed before I turn into a pumpkin. night all.Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009
