It does look nice. We didn't look in there - just saw it from the outside when I walked past!

We got married in the Original Blacksmith Forge workshop. It was so romantic thinking of all the countless runaway couples that must have married in that spot over the years.



Traditionally they put the bride and grooms hands together and hit the anvil with the hammer. It's to signifiy that like metal marriage has a tough bond and it's difficult to be broken. As we had the boys, the minister put the boys hands inbetween our hands and we were "bonded" as a family. That was a lovely bit as I wasn't expecting that to happen :cool:

Arranged everything else myself rather than use one of the planning services as it worked out a bit cheaper and I got exactly what I wanted.

Pleased you are ok caz. If there is anything we can do to help, you know where we are.

Charlotte loves sand and water. She's got a sandpit in the garden and a paddling pool and she's spent all week wandering round in a swimming costume just generally slopping about

Busy day at chez GISI- need to deliver some NCT newsletters, bake carrot cakes and cheese scones, take H swimming, watch football, go to Slimming World and pick up some donated cookies for tomorrow's BF Awareness Week picnic. Phew, I feel tired just thinking about it!

I'm going to stay here and try and finish my front garden. I need to get some pretty plants, then it's done. Just the horrendous back garden to tackle then.

Lily had a rough night, she kept waking up crying from about 2am. It woke me up but i kept falling back to sleep and DH looked after her. She wanted to wake up properly at 5:30am, so we both just got up.

She's now asleep and i cant sleep even though im mega tired.

Football is on today, i care not for this. But DH wants to watch it, so i will prob either make a cake or be on here. Depends if i can be bothered to walk the 30 second journey from my house to One Stop to get Eggs

Just setting off to the sling meet now but had to pop on first to say my baby just kinda crawled :eek: :eek: :eek: I'd put him down on his tummy in his cot while I dried my hair, came back 2 mins later and he was on his back so I put him on the bed on his front so he could roll over for DH to see and instead of rolling he was propelling himself forward with his feet!!!! Moved a good 8 inches!

Caz - Try to get out and you'll feel better for it, it will take a time before you lose that love and anger and be able to move on.n He is a pig but you are wonderful and you have your beautiful babies to keep you company and give you lots of love until you feel 'normal' again.

Right off to get de-stinkyfied and meet the lovely girls - Mel are you having pains again?
