how stupid, esp as its the most popular one, not like you're getting an unusual one.
FWIW most chemists get stuff they order within 48hrs if its a common item so hopefully it falls in that group and it's there
I need to find out when my mum is free in the summer hols and book at app for mine, I asked at the doc's and she said atm they can book an app up to end of july, if I leave it I'll forget or they'll have no apps left coz only 2 GPs do them.
The minera costs in excess of £150 so they don't keep a stock of them. Not even the SH clinic stocks them here. Even if you have one put in after a termination they give you a prescription.0 -
3, what phone?
actually I need to go, sorry.0 -
I could be wrong, but I think "reflux" is more when it's painful, whereas what you seem to describe (and what Finn - and Henry, sounds like) do is "posseting". If it doesn't cause her pain or affect her weight gain, then I don't think there's any need to worry about it. Just carry lots of muslin cloths everywhere! (which is what we do as you never know when it will come out)
The paediatrician definetly said what Elliot has was reflux, the amount he was throwing up was far more then normal posseting. Posseting usually happens after a feed, elliot threw up very frequently inbetween feeds and after. We had to write down everytime he was sick and how much he brought up, so the paediatrician could get a better idea of what was going on.
Sadly we had a rubbish gp at the time, so I only got Elliot referred once we'd swapped gp's and she recognised the signs. So he was growing out of it by that stage, it had calmed down a lot. So we were given gaviscon to put in his milk which did help a lot. Next time around I'm asking to be referred a lot sooner and get more help instead of suffering for so many months.
