Beenie, seeing as you'll have some free time on your hands now you're not having brat... Will you have Aimee for me... Before I beat her... Severely...

We have a TV unit with doors that lock... The key lives on top of the television... I have informed all members of the family that when the key goes missing it won't be because I am incapable of putting ANYTHING away...

Guess what Aimee's lost... A full 5 mins after walking in from school...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Argh!!

Well i didn't say 'NO' :D but i said "sorry i just can't do it i've taken too much on and it's hard as i'm on my own, i was even meant to be doing a college course but i need a job before that.."

Sob story alert :p But i'm just hoping that makes it clear that i'm not going to be "available" as i will be working soon!!

I feel SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad :(:(:(:(:(:( But i have to keep reminding myself that this kid has 2 parents who work full time and it's not up to me to make sure he's looked after, they can more than afford a childminder for a few hours.

haha i do love your style, you say the stuff that i think, but don't dare ever say :D

Now i need to look busy for when she gets back. And i need to think up some activities that we do all week that makes me "so busy"

I already have swimming and Beavers, but that only accounts for 2 nights. Footy on Saturday. How about "i look after my sister's kids every Monday and have cancelled that too" (see it's nothing personal, i did it to my own family etc)

She found it... After some tears and tantrums when I turned the TV off until it was found...

I do actually have a back up key... My friend has the same cupboard and she forgot to take the key out one night and her son got it the next morning and spirited it away... She rang IKEA and they sent her 2 spares through the post, then she found her original key so she said I can have one of her spares... But that's irrelevant!

Glad you stood up for yourself Beenie, it's awful when you feel under obligation to other peoples bratty kids...

Beenie.. why should you have to lie? It is your home, your time and your ears he is battering.. just keep saying no!!! You have been more than reasonable already.. I won't even have my grandson so I sure as hell wouldn't be looking after some other random brat!!
