Oh well, 1 neg out of 1227 feedbacks isn't that bad! I suppose other buyers will take notice of the positives.
To be honest, I would expect someone with that much feedback to have some negative feedback. I tend to look at the total amount of feedback as well as the amount of negative feedback. (So one neg out of ten would be bad but one out of 500 wouldn't be an issue.) I also scroll through and look at what the negative feedback was and what sort of feedback the person who gave the negative has left for other people.

    Well done Beenie:)

I would just play the sympathy card, say you have too much going on in your personal life....just apologise and smile sweetly, but really play it hard and act all down and depressed or something;)

Had our stupid car in the Renault garage today, as we had a leak and were told by two differetn garages it was two different hings...anyway turns out it is both places that are leaking! SO need to get that sorted. I really wanted to come on Wednesday but not if the car is being unreliable:(

Mel which Renault garage out of interest as my sisters had her Renault in 2 different garages because the 1st one put too much oil in and messed the engine up. They were gonna have to pay £2500 but then the 2nd garage spoke to Renault and they are paying half the bill..... how old is your car, theirs is an 04 plate I think.... PS they live in Cheshire as well which is why I ask

Beenie just say no I cant... be firm, you can do it...we're all behind you.

Grrrrrrrrr the council woman left me a voicemail but for some reason my answerphone only let me listen to "hi it's xx" before it cut off and now it's not on there. I think i'm cursed.

What about if i say "sorry but i can't be tied into doing it regular we have stuff on almost every night and it's hard trying to get a routine with baby"

Or.... "sorry it's too much they're always arguing and i'm on my own and the baby is getting a handful now aswell"

    Or.... "Foook off"

Or... "sorry but i'm hoping to start a college course soon and it won't be long before am looking for a job so i can't have anymore commitments"

    Sorry, am totally spamming :D
