& mummy news...tried to buy new bra's yesterday and couldn't even get into my pre preg size?! Despite weighing less than pre preg I seem to be fatter and not fitting in my clothes properly, which is rubbish :(

ps one real life mummy friend had this and she said it's cos of that thing where muscle weighs more than fat, and she was really into the gym before being PG (which I suspect from your username is true of you too;)) Annnnnyhooo, it just meant that she needed to top up her muscletone and everything went back the way it was before :)

Oh but pps don't do sit ups yet  but you probably know that already!

Glam and SS I am the owner of shiny new photoshop now :D Glam do you still want me to do that piccie? SS were there any of the lovely photo shoot that you wanted any help with?

    xxx

Sore throat AND a period?! Poor Weezl. Do you have lemon juice and honey?

I've only had one period since Molly was born, and of course it made an appearance while we were in Tenerife *rolleyes* But nary another since, and it was pretty light and not at all the uterine holocaust I'd been told to expect? Very strange.

Edit: Thanks Weezl, but the photographer did his Photoshop magic on the pictures already, lovely man. He even toned down my horrible hair colour disaster!

My HV came at around 3 months for a weaning chat. Any of the HVs I have spoken to all say that although it's 6 months, if your baby is showing signs of hunger earlier, it's up to you. Basically "don't rush it" but they were happy that the choice was yours to make as long as you wait until after 17 weeks which is normally the recommended minimum (I know of a couple of people who were advised to do it sooner). No freebies though for us.

My hv last came about a week ago and isn't coming back until 8-10 months  Looks like I'm working out weaning on my own.

Hmmm, DH is not back from the stag do yet.

ah those advantages of BF again!

    LOL at uterine holocaust!

This one is fierce but I suspect these are the afterpains I've been hearing about! Last night it felt like early labour... eeeeeeeep!:D

SJ are there any bits of your week you don't want your pool to come? Don't want it to clash with a fave mum and baby activity! They will guarantee to be there by 3.45 on the day I nominate :)

Also you have extra skin/fat on your abdomen which makes you a slightly different shape. (Or at least I do - when I lie down I have little bulge of skin/fat instead of being flat.)
