    MP no help???????????

    Ours wasn't but some are!

Also if you hand delivering mail, get a signature/date/evidence etc, you know how mysteriously the CSA Umpa Lumpa's are for 'losing' documents that they don't want to consider

It has been emailed to appeals also.

Funny after speaking to appeals last night the original complaints officer was looking at my case last night.

What i need is to move forward with this and stuff the next tribunal date.

I will not be able to hold back even though the CSA rep wasn't responsible but it will be the same judge. My question to him would be why didn't you see any error and he focused elsewhere in the evidence which is now by the by as it was never relevant.

MP did write a letter and did get a response but it was by the by as the CSA never listened. MP is a good guy so i will go down one Saturday morning and thanks him personally. I drop him an email now and again to keep him posted to make him feel he is doing a good job for his constituents as he does.

    Thats it folks tribunal over

Same judge didn't listen to a thing i had said and was misguided by the evidence in front of him but didn't apply his decision in law and wouldn't allow me to sit there whilst he considered. Answered all the financial persons questions but he still couldn't see what was black and white.

More interested in his next case
