Oh well, another 3 week wait then.0
-
Then another tribunal date she is just trying delay tactics
all evidence should be at tribunal 7 days before but she pulls this one the judge should have dismissed it0 -
It happens often I'm afraid and it is rare that they dismiss it.0

Urggggh! How very frustrating!!!! How can we cope with this stuff? Why can it not be simpler? Sorry it didn't get sorted once and for all for you

But....as you are going away for the weekend, put it behind you and have a good one!0

Thanks me and the family are having a great chill out time and I feel better after today I just don't want it dragging on for months again After the 21 days is up also it is going in front of another judge as thought it would be unfare for him to sit at the next hearing0

Enjoy your weekend and roll on 3 weeks time when hopefully this will finally be laid to rest. Our Tribunal is around same time as your next one, so willlet you know our outcome also, good luck0

I suspect the evidence is not relevant to the case and she is dragging her heels as she has been overpaid anyway I just hope it lands her deeper in the red0
-
Well we are nearly 3 weeks in and guess what

I have a new pre booked tribunal date thanks to the scheduling team and if so a cancellation as it seems they can see right through her also
Another 2 months money for her just to give them it back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Wot a joke, but hey why am I not surprised, strange that these PWC 'don't tell lies' isn't it???????????????????
Our PWC didn't tell lies, when a girl she worked with in a wages dept got arrested over the theft of several thousands of pounds
Guess who eventually was arrested and admitted the very same theft, (surprisingly our PWC) the other poor employee must have gone through the mill.
Now at least our PWC only thieving from benefit system and me, as no QC in full-time qualifying education, but hey still in process of proving it0
