Tribunal upheld in NRP favour

1 Month on and the bun fight still continues as what judge said and what he wrote are 2 different things and the decision wasn't sent out till a week later due to computer problems. It's away back to district judge to progress and clarify what was said on the date.0

Anyone want to come to a public hanging as we still live in Medieval Britain
Bring your knitting to pass the time.

The penny has finally dropped with the CSA and the jungle drums have been beating across the country. We have made a mistake on your account big time.

2 options
ditch the tribunal and let the CSA sort it out
Wait till the tribunal and watch the CSA wipe the egg of their face

I'd go for option 2 as we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yes, the egg was wiped in our case !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We even overheard the CSA Rep at Tribunal saying to Judge 'how on Earth can we put this right'
Always said Kermit the frog and Miss Piggy would have made a more accurate assessment in our case - Rae Norris from CSA Enforcement, he is a Muppet, ringing me on Christmas Eve to ask if I'd managed to get the 34k I 'owed' CSA - scary, but we knew we would win our case, CSA are totally inefficient, but that's what scares me0 -

Even complaints never picked up on this but they used income for the assesment that was not deemed payable at that time, verified the income wrongly and applied to not only one assesment but two assesments. Documented it wrong in my notepad entry for another year (which is worse for them). Between me and the CSA we are all talking the same language now, once i drew some pictures with my crayons we are sorted near enough. I wan't the judge to get the CSA to explain to the tribunal why they had f***ed up big style which raises more questions why did neither of the judges pick up on it.0 -
Sounds same in our case, CSA Complaints said our assessments were correct - even though we sent bank statements to CSA 3 times proving the assessments were anything but correct!!!!!!
But in our case, once we got to Tribunal Judge and DWP Accountant totally agreed with us, CSA made massive mistakes in all of our assessments, so they now in process of correcting them, they corrected 3 and the 4th they got wrong again, so have sent it back to them and copied Tribunal Judge as they have not used the specific figures he told them to, and they have used CTC as my assessable income, which on CS1 they cannot do.
Surprised at Judges in your case, were they of a financial background? As, again, can only speak from our case, but the Tribunal Judge was specifically chosen for our case, apparently as he was exactly that, of a financial background, and also the DWP Senior Accountant was also present to add to the bench!0 -

They will be getting a stern letter for when they arrive on Monday morning. This is bordering incompetatnt further clarification is needed from the CSA how they were allowed to use these figures as the company accounts are open source. There is a difference from a company year end and a tax year end also.
I think the judges only pick up on some things that need clarified but don't see the overall picture in my opinion0 -
Good luck, and if we can help, just give us a shout0

I know it is not proper procedure to tell a judge how to do his job but this has to be said. I am hoping that another direction will follow very soon for the CSA to sort their mess out and provide an explanation and of course kiss my big fat (o)
Sorry hysteria kicking in
Off to Falkirk now to hand deliver my complaint letter to the CSA0
