In my up and coming tribunal and if it is proven the CSA has been overpaid including the SOS and the pwc alleged debt are they legaly obliged to give me my money back within a reasonable time ?

In the event that a Trybunal states that you have to have the money back for what ever reason, yes you will recieve the money and you can apply to the 'Special payments team' for compensation for the over charging.

    Hope it helps.

Well i'll have a drafted letter for next week then.

I am going to pay all my alleged arrears off before the tribunal so i can start with a clean slate with them and also force them into overpaying the pwc

Best of luck, and remember to show proof at Tribunal that arrears are paid in full, just in case of any unexpected discrepancies ..................................HaHa

Sorry you know what I mean, but really good luck

Hope things went ok today, enjoy your weekend and hopefully hear from you soon, I know how traumatic Tribunals can be from experience, and all set for another next month!!! Our PWC just doesn't give up, despite me paying CM regularly, no sum is ever enough, I have proven CS calculation incorrect but she appealing CSA Appeals so the show goes on

The broom stick didn't, arive in person but submitted evidence yesterday that i have not to see so the judge adjourned and gave her 21 days to either disclose it to me or withdraw the evidence
