No it was today i kept stoom for prying eyes but no need to worry about that now.

Good tribunal but chair needs figures clarified then off to appeals to sort out my assesment. Will take a cuple of weeks as my ex accountant on holiday.

Thanks anyway i'm calmer now as the chair was in my favour (and maybe the csa rep was as well):D

Well done and congratulations justice has been done - same in our case our Tribunal hearing went in our favour after months of bullying and stress from CSA mistakes.

You must be relieved, you are now in same boat as us, the only hurdle we now have is for CSA to correctly correct the assessment (but in our case the 34k arrears, LO, CCJ and charge on our house) :) Well done

How is child maintenance worked out? (page 45 /46)

a pension scheme. Bonuses and commission also count as pay
or salary. We don’t normally count dividends paid to a director
of a limited company, unless the parent with care asks us to take
    account of them.

Wonder if the CSA follow their own legislation don't think so ?

Anyone shed any light on this. I wasn't director

Under CS1 all dividends were counted. A variation can sometimes get dividends taken into account.

    Thanks Kellogs
It is the statement in their joke book though

It is clearly stated that i wasn't director at the time and their was no variation

Was it CS1 though? If so, then all dividends were counted, regardless of your position in the company. If a CS2 case, do you have any say in the distribution of money, including shares or dividends?

Yes CSA1 case but dividends weren't paid to me as per company accounts
    that the CSA have now
