Wot a joke, but hey why am I not surprised, strange that these PWC 'don't tell lies' isn't it???????????????????

Our PWC didn't tell lies, when a girl she worked with in a wages dept got arrested over the theft of several thousands of pounds :)

Guess who eventually was arrested and admitted the very same theft, (surprisingly our PWC) the other poor employee must have gone through the mill.

Now at least our PWC only thieving from benefit system and me, as no QC in full-time qualifying education, but hey still in process of proving it

Now I'm confused - how do you know all this stuff?

I thought she was stalking you *confused*

When she got arrested over wages business, it was many moons ago, when I we had 1st set up home together, she kept coming in with new furniture etc, telling me her parents had given money to her to purchase such things - only later when she was suspended from work did everthing come to light - it may be a long time ago, but leopards and spots come to mind.

We know PWC and youngest d/d not in education, as CSA did benefit check on my request. Although PWC been claiming eligible for CS, no child benefit, work tax credits or child tax credits were paid to her from Sept 09 to Jan 2010 (CSA have told me this).

When in Jan 2010, CSA informed PWC no CS liability and CS case to close, she hit the roof apparently, managed to get her benefits re-instated and back-dted 3 months - so still no QC or qualifying education from Sept 09-to at least Nov 09, and although CSA asked PWC for college enrolment/attendance evidence on at least 3 occasions - guess what? Not heard from her :)

With regard to stalking since we got injunction she's been quiet, after all, she was taking pics of children in our household at their school, she was photoing cars on our drive (whether they were ours or not), she sent 'investigators' to our home, posing as distant colleagues/customers (they were her friends sent to look for info), we had poison letters, malicious calls, she assualted my wife and I on separate occasions, when she turned up at our home - the list goes on!!!

Reason we know now where PWC lives and works as well as a lot more is due to CSA Data Protection or lack of, we have been sent many documents with lots of info on, which should have been deleted - not surprised as CSA in our case lost over 200 pages of bank statements and ICO concluded they in breach of 6th & 7th Principle of Data Protection Act - so, have told Tribunal of more recent breaches and again will be informing ICO. PWC no matter what we think of her, should not e in a position whereby other party knows this information

It was only this bit that seemed curious - the rest of it has always made sense :)

It sounded like a recent thing and I thought it bizarre that a woman would share that with either an ex or even her own children.

Now you're piquing my curiosity as to how you ever got together with her

Good luck with the Tribunal though :)

The broom stick didn't, arive in person but submitted evidence yesterday that i have not to see so the judge adjourned and gave her 21 days to either disclose it to me or withdraw the evidence

Nearly 2 months later and her evidence finally arrived 7 days before the tribunal :rotfl:

Totally irrelevant i.e nothing relates to what the tribunal is about. All to discredit me. What's good for the goose etc
