Moneyway (Secure Trust Bank) search Equifax exclusively, they do not do a full search only seem to do a Credit Search Quotation like Zopa, unfortunately you can only apply via https://www.thelendingwizard.com who have all of the scoring/underwriting criteria for their panel of lenders and tell you who will lend to you, so if you don't get referred then you have no chance of applying directly.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

The lending wizard do a search for each of the lenders on their panel, not a full search just a quotation search (the way it should be) then the score your application and tell you which lender will lend to you.

No I have not been successful in getting a loan, will have to wait at least another 6 month for searches to drop off.

No...I made the request a day after i was successful getting HSBC credit card....HSBC asked me at branch how much CL i want...i said £500 and was approved. However i realised it was too low so i requested an increase of £500 to £1,000 CL the day after on the phone but was told it will be treated as a new credit application and got declined due new account just opened the previous day!! It is an understatement that i was !!!!ed off!!
