I've just ordered one of these but didnt get an email confirming my order. I copied the Internet Registration number, but forgot to paste it before copying something else.
Is the email generated immediately or should I wait? Dont want to put in a second order to have both delivered and no distance selling rights
Thanks

Just wait, the orders are processed in India and if you look at the hits on this thread and then think how many other boards this is on, they will have no fingers left to type with before sorting this little lot out
The confirmations should start trickling in tomorrow, unless they cancel them all.
Its Dells end of year so I expect this is going to help them boost the overall figures for the yearAll Dell'd upseveral times over

The Dell emails can take days to come through. I ordered my machine at 2pm today and haven't had confirmation email.
Even if you had your internet order number you can't use it for much unless you call the call-centre.
With any luck I will get one by tomorrow, if the Indian staff work on Saturdays. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -

This is ok but you will have to find a bracket from somewhere to be able to mount it. The 2400 and 3000 do not have standard fittings. The same is also true for the floppy disc drive.0 -
