If prior experience is anything to go by a random selection of applicants will get these, and others won't.
I'm seriously hoping that I get my order processed because I've bought one machine from the Medium Business site before, and therefore have a customer number.
I've not heard anything back yet, and the support website crashes whenever you try to track an order using the IR number. Has anyone had an order PDF yet?
