Should count yourselves lucky,

A few years back i ordered something from them through Amazon, it was mant to be a blueray camcorder, at a discounted price.

Payment was taken, and the order was dispatched.

What actually arrived was something completely different to the order. Payment had been taken and i had a camera that i could not use.

It was a nightmare getting them to accept the camera back, and refund my payment.

They blamed amazon, but dont they list there own items.?

The voucher they've offered is a complete joke quite frankly. It is just a money making exercise to milk more money out of everyone - it is certainly nothing to do with a genuine apology or offer of compensation. It seems Pixmania really don't miss a trick - clearly taking advantage of the situation and the tons of new account holders they now have.

If it was a genuine offer of compensation or goodwill, there would be absolutely NO minimum spend and certainly not a £150 minimum spend(!!?) :rotfl:

Interestingly, their email had been placed automatically in my Junk folder this morning - even my computer can see this is a load of rubbish...

I believe alot of the constant drivel he's vomited out on these pages has kindly been removed by the mods - no need to give his posts any more oxygen

TazMan - I got that he was being sarcastic but it was his comments about the French which I found particularly puerile. I hope wherever he is he is getting help for whatever lacks in his life because having read some of his drivel he is clearly lacking something! x

It looks like they have removed some of the responses to offending posts. I'm really glad they are doing this, I'm all for free speech but I've noticed since Xmas that some of the posts across the forums have been really nasty and unnecessary.
