Are you still here? lol0 -

A man sat behind a table in a courtroom will decide if you get a tele and all the waffling on here is just nothing but hot air. Its a very simple process, you go and put your case, pixmania put theirs, and the bloke decides. Dead easy.
I'll also thank you NOT to suggest I shouldn't post you bad mannered person.
No.
Your post was pointless.Not Again0 -
I emailed them saying we had formed a contract etc this is their response
Dear Princess Coupon,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We are sorry but there was a clear pricing error for the television you ordered.
The transaction for this order would be cancelled too so that you would not be debited for this purchase.
As you will have noticed the price of the product sold was a typing error: the price was below the real value of the item and in no way reflective of the real value.
Legally, the order is not valid as the price is deemed vile. The deemed vile comes from the the theory of defects of consent under sections 1108.,1109 and 1110 of the Civil Code (example of France) which covers sales contracts. (this law is used in all countries)
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note the error has been corrected and you can now place a new order for the same item. This will be dealt with immediately.
Thank you for your comprehension.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Your customer care agent

Hi.
I know someone who works for Pixmania and I can tell you one thing. If you want to blame someone, blame those idiots who put orders through for over 50 TVs. They are the ones who aroused suspicion and drew attention to the mistake. If it has not been for these individuals, all of you would have received your TVs. Personally, I would NEVER have posted an opportunity like this on any of these forums as it attracts people who will ruin it for the rest.0 -

No more pointless than you rattling your cans in the wind on here. Tell me what you have achieved by it all? Actually I'll tell you, absolutely NOTHING but feel free to continue waffling.0 -

I've done a bit of googling and it seems to be about French law, is that what the transaction is covered by? not UK law?AKA: PC
