    I've been Money Tipped!
    That is the next step.

What I suspect (if you read my previous post) is they will just get CCJs & ignore them all.

    No one is getting anything..

CCJ's won't be ignored as they are a business. If you win you can send the bailiffs in in needed.
Don' worry, it wouldn't get that far.

Seriously I am not that bothered. It is for entertainment value.

The communications are bizarre & they know they are in a hole.

How much would it actually cost for someone to do the whole court thing?
  • anyone thinking about the class action route meb suggested in earlier posts? that be alot easier than self pursueing.

lynsey, I wanna be your rabbit ;)
  • Can't believe people are still pursuing this.

Pfffft, some people have far too much time on their hands!
Just accept you won't get the TV(I have), and move on.

    THE END!

I don't really understand, why would it matter to you now that people are still pursuing it then? You're saying the tv etc doesn't matter to you anymore etc which is completely understandable, but then in actuality you're still checking back here, and making ironic comments about people having too much time on their hands (using all that time you clearly also have on your hands to check and type)!
Live and let live I reckon, the 'deal' that never was is still open for discussion in the expired deals category anyway, makes no odds to anyone who isn't bothered about it anymore

To answer the previous point, class action is NOT the way to go. The best way for people to go about this is to speak/email/write to Pixmania customer services, then depending on the outcome, send a letter before action giving 14 days to fulfill the contract or else a claim for Loss of Bargain will be lodged with the small claims court.

Lots of individual claims would be much harder to defend than one large claim. The best part is that no solicitor is involved.

This thread is still going with over 44k views?!

Who in their right mind thinks they will get DSGi group to bow down and honour these orders?

There are some really greedy people out there, it was quite clearly a incorrect price on the website!

People are looking to blame someone, well blame all the other people that put through 3/4 orders at one time!
If the mis price was maybe a few hundred pounds and not everyone was being greedy guts, they might have honoured these.

Just get a grip and move on!

People who know about Consumer Law and have been down the small claims route before perhaps? :D

I don't think I have the appetite for another small claims case but to those who want to pursue it, crack on and never mind the naysayers.

Good luck to them then and if they win-then I retract my statement and this thread can be used as an example to everyone who got a TV £1000 cheaper :p
