Why did I get an email saying they didn't validate the order when they did??

    :rotfl:

They are in a bottomless pit & they know it..

When i have ordered with dixon and amazon i normally get two emails. one that is automatic and then one later which is confirmation.

were all the automatic ones confirmation?

Try asking them how an order couldn't be validated without agreeing to their T&C's.
Ask them why we couldn't cancel the order but they could. That would mean their T&C's were unfair.
    God, that "cocoa" was strong.
And no pic of Ben, where's my rabbit.

They are in a bottomless pit, I agree.

Pocoyo, Lynsey or TBeckett100; Do you genuinely believe that the TV was not mispriced?

I thought it was a possibilty but you can't be sure. Amongst some of the bargains I've had from posts on here are an 8MP digital camera for £1, a Panasonic Breadmaker for £32.99 (less than one third of the usual RRP) and a DECT cordless phone for £6 (12% of the RRP). I guess I could have sat there and thought "I'd better not order this because it could be a misprice". As it happened I ordered those items and they were all supplied as contracted.

The order is processed & it has a validated section that only appeared validated in the morning "after the order is checked". After this point Pixmania remove your right to cancel. The status of the order then goes to dispatch.

The emails were auto emails. Some hours later the order status was registered as verified by Pixmania.

    They have no way out.

They do, just not send it. And not pay the Ccj...

    Both emails sound automatic then?

Tell me exactly what you are going to do about it.. Do you really think you are going to end up with a tele for £200? seriously?

What about honesty? from your blog it seemed that you all needed to say you really thought it wasa genuine price. I have seen a couple of people that are still here now flogging the issue at the begining who clearly had a very good idea this price was wrong.
