FYI all - Morrisons have reduced their offer on Muller Lights - it's now only 6 for £2 and not 12! How cheeky, I went in there tonight having bought 12 on Saturday and was surprised to say the least. Grrr, all the good flavours were gone too. Still got Shape for £1 tho.

damn! I got a whole trolley full (well... just the 12) last sunday and only got one left...

Not a good day for me. Found out at 7am this morning that my dear Daddy has Lymphoma and now have an upset tummy, presumably due to the chip I pinched off my son on Saturday which had been inside a bread roll. So feeling completely rubbish and shocked to say the least but have managed to stay on plan today. Suddenly losing weight doesn't seem so important right now :(

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. :( hugs.

Tea- either chicken (b) noodle stir fry, or a chicken omlette

    Banana
    Strawberrys

  • Karen, sorry about your dad.

I want to keep at target, well 2lbs under tbh.

Thsi week is a write off though. 1st birthday party for Olly tomorrow. Meal out for my birthday on Sat. Meal out on Mon. And on Tues it's my birthday & my sis is taking me out for the day.

but so long as I follow the plan apart from those meals it should be "ok".

I have sent a friend here...she wants to start SW but there isn't a class on the scottish island she lives on. So we need to help her. I'm not very up on the extra easy plan as I don't eat meat.

Fire alarm went off in Morrisons this morning so will have to scrabble round the fridge/pantry for lunch.

How does one stay at target then? My consultant was more concerned about the fact I would no longer be paying & should bring someone along to replace me

    Hello All :j

Going along to my local club to sign up tonight  and I just wondered if some of you could tell me something.

If you only had enough money to buy one of the slimming world books from class, which one would it be?

    Thanks

On the topic of the Muller offer at Morrisons, I haven't seen anyone else mention it but Muller lights are 8 for £2.00 at Sainsurys until April 27th.

Hope that helps my fellow Muller addicts!

Hi everyone. Had tea at OH's parents lst night. I asked his mum to do me fruit for pudding as she always does one and its usually naughty. She duly did me a lovely bowl of fruit which she served up after a huge slice of meat pie!!!! Hardly diet food!!! Ah well, I'm having a green day today, plan is as follows:

    Breakfast - porridge (HEA+B) and a banana
Lunch - jacket potato and beans, pear, satsumas
Tea - turkey chilli/bolognese pasta bake and salad.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could give me an insight into why my 'free' breakfast became sinful and healthy B'd once I popped it in the microwave for a minute, if indeed it did?

I had magic porridge (made with Muller in fridge overnight) to which I added 1 banana and 150g fresh raspberries. So far so good just 1 healthy B for the porridge and the rest free.

Then I heated it in the microwave for 2 mins, the banana was only just nice and warm but the raspberries had gone a little stewed and it was gorgeous.

Because of this heating the banana is now 4 syns and the raspberries are 1/2 a healthy B.

Can anybody tell me why? I am more than a little confused.

    Thank you in advance!!! x
