    Hi everyone :j

Am joining my local group tomorrow night but was having a trial run today and just want to know what I have used today. Obviously I have a lot of stuff to use up in my fridge & freezer that will probably be full of sins but I can't afford to throw it all away!

    B 2 x Weetabix & SS Milk, Shape 0% Yogurt, Pear
L Tuna Mayo sandwich (3 slices of bread but could have got away with 2) another yogurt, Apple
    S Slice of Melon
D Chicken Kiev in Breadcrumbs, steamed new potatoes, beans

Can someone tell me how many syns I have used and if this would be classed as Green/Red/EE Day?

All help appreciated. Thanks very much:beer:

    Thanks Whoopidoo

I have used extra virgin olive oil at 2 sins for 1 tsp ....I think that is right:o
So I can have my weetabix as a healthy extra and my milk is that right?...

I have loads to lose so I will change down to semi milk (once the full is used up)
I Know what you mean about WW -I eat enough fruit to keep a baby gorilla happy, so SW counting it as free is a super bonus -Im sure I will get to grips with it once I have my books and can sit and absorb the info.
Thanks for your help :T-Im sure I will need loads more before Im done ;)

    Hi Mrs MCAWBER,

On extra easy you have 1 A choice and 1 B choice, so the weetabix would be your B choice and milk your A choice.
A's and B's need to be measured to ensure not too much (I have great difficulty in bothering to measure milk!), but compared to WW this plan is much easier as you do not have to panic about counting points (unless you are an abacus!)

I have found the plan super quick for weight loss, I've lost just under 2 stone in just under a year. And it is healthy eating.

Do you have support groups for SW or WW in Germany? Or are there German equivalents?
I find the group support useful - but if you don't have it - you will find plenty of supportive people here.

    Hiya Vixie_Pixie

Unfortunately it was full fat mayo  (a tin of tuna was shared between me and my husband) and I used 2 tablespoons mayo.
Baked beans and it was warburtons white bread (as that was what we normally have, but it will be changing after tomorrow!)

I've so much stuff to use up! :o

Hi everyone:wave: I'm back doing slimming world, and have my first weigh in tomorrow:eek: I've been following EE all week as thats all my consultant discussed at class and said not to worry about red and green days yet *confused*. I know everyone seems to love EE but I think I'll switch back to red and green days after WI, with the odd EE day thrown in. I like the flexibility of having the extra HE choices, and think it works better for me but I'm a little worried that with my consultant promoting only EE I won't get as much benefit from the class. Anyone else in the same boat not doing EE all the time?

Foodwise I am loving the new Kellogs Fibre Plus bars that are a HEB. They are on offer for £1 in Tesco atm along with the Shape zero yoghurts which are also a £1:D I also bough the solero exotic ice lollies at the weekend, so yummy and only 5 syns. Trying to keep syns low today in preparation for WI tomorrow so todays plan has been:
B- 1 x weetabix (1/2 HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA), Banana, coffee
    S- strawberries
L - 3 x crackerbread (1/2 HEB), cottage cheese, ham, tomatoes. Shape zero.
    S - alpen light bar (3 syns)
D - Most likely omelette with courgette, bacon, tomatoes and red onion folloed by some green tea and a fibre plus bar (5.5)
    :starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:

    Hi Vixie :)
Oh dear, major sins overload today then! :(
I knew the kiev would be a lot, i can live with the sins for that but lunch is my biggest problem, I am soooooo used to sandwiches that I will really struggle to find something else to have for lunch. If I make a rice dish I will have to make sure it doesn't clash with rice at dinner! This is soooooo confusing!!:(
