Woohoo!!!! I did better than I thought and got my first stone award :j:j:j
Congratulations on your first stone award :T
Yesterday didn't go as much to plan as I'd hoped butit was good groundwork for today! My housemate seems to have lost the inspiration to do SW without even starting so I'm going to go on and plan my meals without her and if she wants to join in she can!
Today is a busy day but I'm thinking EE again:
Breakfast: 4 ryvita with lemon curd quark (syns counted for whole tub yesterday)
Lunch: Spaghetti bolognese with pasta and salad (1 syn)
Dinner: Cottage pie and vegetables
Snacks: Cherries, fresh peas (I can't help it I love them!)
HEA: 250ml milk in tea
HEB: Ryvita above
I'll probably have some more syns somewhere. I always like to have 10 if I can although I did go over yesterday so I'm not too worried!
Have a good day everyoneStart weight - 13st 6lbs

Susan, I recently discovered a chicken, tomato and rosemary recipe from the BBC good food website. It's delicious, in fact it's now one of our favourites! I hope you enjoy yours as much!
thats the one Lisa,i shall make it now, even if there is only me eating it!
since giving up regular work 18months ago i find BBC website a great place to get recipes but after making them by the letter the first time i have to 'tweak' them,my daughter says they always taste better the second time i make a recipe0 -
Sorry for being a bit quiet guys have had a busy few days! We’ve been sorting some stuff out at home as we are having new carpets put in on Friday so it’s been a bit manic to say the least.
Had a bad day on Monday for various reasons and must admit I indulged in some things I shouldn’t have donePulled myself back in on Tuesday though so hopefully that little blip won’t make too much of a difference this week.
Today is an EE day and my menu looks like this:
Breakfast: Fat free natural yoghurt with fresh raspberries and blueberries
Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEB) made into a thick sandwich with extra lean ham and loads of salad. Literally a scraping of extra light mayo on one piece of bread. A piece of fruit probably a banana.
Dinner: Pasta with bacon pieces, mushrooms and a couple of laughing Cow Extra Light triangles melted into it.
Snacks: I have got the following to choose from (won’t have them all!) fresh strawberries, fresh apricots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, blueberries, raspberries or an orange.
I’m not expecting to lose anything this week as it is that time of the month but am hoping that I will see a good loss next week to make up for it. Just need to stay on track and keep the motivation upOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -

Hey All,
I was really good yesterday - didn't have any syns! I just wasn't hungry! I stuffed myself with mushy pea curry with tofu (yuk) & quorn mince (because of the tofu) & extra beans & kidney beans (wasn't actually mushy pea curry as i used processed peas!!!)
Still surprised i like the mushy pea curry cos i can't stand peas in any shape or form (unless smoothered in a un-slimming world friendly sauce!)
It is really weird but since i have cut my portions down - i am not that hungry - but it might be that i am on green days! It is expensive to me on red or EE days! (Pay day on Friday:j)
No exercise tonight - was on the waiting list - got a message yesterday saying they had a space and to let them know if i wanted it - called back this morning - they had no spaces left!
Still waiting for Guinea Pig babies - she was due yesterday!0 -
My actifry arrived today, made some chips for son at lunch time, chips skinned a little but were better than when i do sw ones in oven
made roasties for dinner and they were lush !!0 -
