Well done to all the losers and those who have managed to stick to the plan! Extra well done to Jules (and nessie -have just seen your post so came back to add you too!) for getting to 3 stone off - You must feel so different!:T
I was wondering what to do to try and syn some low fat sausages I bought from my local butchers. He says that he makes them with extra lean pork and only a tiny bit of rusk - they are really nice and IMO are nicer than all the other low fat sausages you can get in the supermarket. How many syns should I count for each one? - they are thin ones. I looked on the Body Optimise website and couldn't find anything for generic low at sausages.
I've just finished the last of the chilli I made the other night - I was getting a bit sick of it tbh, but it was still nice and filling. Got some new season's strawberries this morning and had them for afters - they were lovely!

Sorry to hear your bad news Lisa.
Yesterday I did well considering my cupboards are almost bare, I stuck to plan 100% and had a mini pot of baileys ice cream as my syns (13)
Today even though its payday (YAY!) I havent been to the shops yet as I am waiting in for a parcel, so today its-
Brekkie- weetabix and milk (hea+b)
Dinner- Tuna pasta.
Tea- no idea yet,something yummy maybe SW chips and I will use my syns on a piece of fish.
Cant wait to go and do a shop!£100 - £10,0000 -
Lynzpower - i have been on the depo for about 6/7 years and that was the main reason for my weight gain but as long as you fill up on the free/superfree foods you should be fine
V Happy this week - I lost 2 lbs to reach my 3st award!!! Blew it a bit on Tuesday though when i was in London on a course where they didn't really have any 'good' stuff! And then had kebab (chicken pieces) for dinner with small portion of chips & tub of garlic sauce! Whoops.... But i had a reason to celebrate and this week has been a v good week so far..... Only thing that will be a problem is that i am working on sat night/sun morning (20:00 to 08:00) When in your opinion should i stop one day and start the next? I plan to get up tomorrow approx 9am then back to bed from 3pm to 7pm then work shift 8pm to 8am and go back to bed from 9am till 12pm then up until approx 9pm ready for work on mon.
Any opinions are greatly appreciated!!!

hello losers! lol! so i had my meal out and stuffed my face but - no weight gain!? woohoo!! stuck to as good choices as I could - tomato sauce instead of creamy cheese sauce etc.
anyway i havent lost anything but i havent gained so i take that as success! i still have an obscene amount to lose and sometimes it does get me down but i just look in the mirror at how different i look 2 stone lighter and it sort of inspires me to continue!
had an omelette for lunch (well more brunch tbh as im not working at the minute)
to nessie216 - just seen your sig! you've done great!!! I started off 1 pound lighter than you.
no offence to the people wanting to lose a stone or 2 but sometimes i find it so frustrating when i read the sw mag and its like "i lost 2 stone" and i get more depressed because i've got to lose like a million more than them!! lol

Yeah havent done well at all today in the end- desperately need to go shopping for some F&Veg as I havenothing to snack on that isnt desperate junk.
Need to dig out some of the SW mags my sister gave me and root through the recipes.:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

epatolles - I know exactly what you mean - most of my friends say they need to loose weight and say they have flabby bellies etc. but they are a size 10!!! I used to find it difficult to go shopping with my friends because i would have to go to the 'bigger lady' shops and then watch them try on things in next etc.
I'm glad i have inspired you - i have no idea where the willpower came from - but seeing the amount you can eat and still loose weight was all i needed for my kick up the bum!
How much have you lost so far? Do you have any idea on your target weight? I am stuggling because i know what size i want to be but i don't know how much it converts to in weight!

today is ?? kept it neutral so far. I have had zero appetite today
B - Jordan's museli (first part of heb) with milk (hea) followed by 1 w/g crackerbread (rest of heb) with Jam (0.5syns) and chopped banana.
S - Shape 0% yog and a bite of a twix (2 syns?)
L - Plain 2 egg omelette.
D ??? Who knows. It was gonna be ham, egg and SW chips with mushrooms but i really don't want it atm.
And i have 12.5 syns left to play with too. But have had a fair few syns lately so if i do eat dinner i will only be having 5 syns out of those 12.5 to make up for those days i went over.All hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

Thanks Mrs M - how did you find it on syns online? I looked under basic everyday foods and put in low fat sausage and also just sausage and couldn't get anything other than thick or thin ordinary sausages!Jane
