  • g'morning all!

today looks lovely! Its nice and warm so me and OH are going to the park to have a bbq :) We were shopping in tesco at 11pm last night getting the stuff and i've been up since 7 making my own burgers!!

So, naturally today is going to be a red day!! lol

B - Fruit and fibre (heb) with milk (hea) Cup of Tea (milk from hea)

    s - 4 mikado sticks - 2 syns.

L/D - HM SW friendly burgers (free!) Marinaded Rump Steak (Done myself -2 jerk flavoured which are free and 2 teriyaki flavour which are 3 syns each) Asda Low fat sausages (1 syn each) Minted lamb kebabs from tesco (2 syns each) OH bought ribs, venison sausages and spicy chicken wings.. (its sabotage!!!) the ribs are 9.5 syns each!!! the wings are 6 syns per 100g and the venison sausages are 1 syn each!! (so i shall be pinching one :D) We are gonna have all that with salad, pickles and relishes :)

Am using my second heb on 1 asda w/m pitta bread which i shall cut in half and my second hea on 2 dairylea light slices so have with my burgers :)

Am allowing myself no more than 13 syns so the ribs are out of the question! At least i know i can go nuts on the burgers!! But there is (i guarantee it) too much food!! lol. So there will be plenty left over for me to have another red day 2mro!! :D
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Sorry if already mentioned, but at group on Wednesday, our consultant showed a newspaper clipping of a chap who has lost 25stone on SW !!!!! It was inspirational in the sense that everyone's dealing with their own weight challenge whether it be 25lbs or 25stone.

I would ideally like to lose @ 3 stone which I think is what I should be and what will make me feel like myself again - to me that seems like quite a challenge and I'm sure it wont happen in a hurry but I really want to do this - how about everyone else - do you have a total loss in mind ?

25 stone!! Thats amazing! well done to that chap! :T

For my height i should be max 11.5 stone... I personally think i would look ill if i was 11.5 stone so ideally i would like to be 12.5 stone which means i have to lose 8 stone.

I have lost 2stone 5lbs so far so another 5 stone 9lbs to go til i hit target. I've already reached my club 10 (in 10 weeks- funnily enough!) which has given me a boost so im hoping the rest will follow!! :D

    wow 25 stone! thats amazing!!!

i need to lose 4 inches in as little time as possible to fit into my new skirt :-(

think i might cut out a few syns and boost up my exercise concentrating on my waist! ideally i'd like to be in it by next sunday... haha! i know... :-(
  • Sorry to keep posting on here with questions but I have just had a very large brunch which AFAIK was 4 syns but if it was then it was wonderful! I had grilled gammon steak, scrambled egg, 2 very low fat sausages (4 syns), tinned plum tomatoes, baked beans and a hm potato cake which I made with Sainsburys instant mash and a bit of dried onion made up with water and then Fried in fry light until it was brown and crusty on both sides. I had two eggs and half a large can of beans and I am in a right panic now because I think I have overeaten (food issues and all that:o) How will I lose weight if I am eating this much?

    Afternoon all

Well we made it for our walk around the lake :T..it was lovely it was only 50mins walking, but I wasn't in the least bit tired (I was expecting huffin n puffin :p) -so next time we are going to go round twice ;)
I did omelette when we got back... packed with bacon, mushrooms, onions, peppers sweetcorn and peas... we decided to have it on its own and give the beans a miss -good job too as we both struggled to finish it ....
Tea tonight has changed ...I nipped into the naafi on the way home and in the chiller they had Tesco whole chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with cheese -whoopsed down to 67c (2 chicken breasts in a pack) -so I grabbed 4 packs and when I checked the syns they come up at 1 syn each :j -guess Im just paying for the "cheese" -so Im going to do those with steamed potatoe, carrots, broccoli and green beans
I also got 2 500g packs of waffer thin chicken breast -whoopsed to 50c each :T -which will come in great when I get the munchies ;)
I find Im eating really well and never feel hungry -but unlike WW where if I had points left at the end of the day I wouldn't rest until I had eaten them because "they were mine" :p -I find that Im eating when Im hungry only :j
hope everyone is having a lovely weekend...

I made burgers that are free on a red day from fresh mince, omg I forgot how tasty they are! Never buying a ready made burger again.

    Extra Easy day here today:

B: 1 x weetabix (3 syns), skimmed milk (1/2 HEA), chopped banana, cinnamon

L: Syn free pancakes with lean bacon

    S: Coffee and pineapple

D: Smoked cod, SW chips, green beans and parsley sauce (2.5 syns + other 1/2 HEA)

S: Fibre Plus Bar (HEB) and aero bubbleball (can't find it online but as its 99 cal I'm guessing 5)

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend. I'm just back from walking the dog, its the only real 'exercise' that i'm getting at the moment but plan to dust off the wii fit and start using that again this week.
