Good luck to everyone for the weekend. This is when I often find I want to pick at food instead of sitting down to a proper meal. Hopefully with the plan I have made this shouldn't happen.:xmastree:Merry Christmas0 -
Hi all. STS this week. Happy with that as had a couple of naughty days. Back in the zone now just 5lb away from my 10% can almost touch it!
I put the recipe for the cheesy couscous fritters on my blog if anyone fancies a go - each portion has 25g of cheese so could be used as a HExA they are SO yum! Printable Adobe doc here too.
Green day today - tesco jacket spuds (the market value ones) have been yum lately so having that again tonight with peppered quorn steak.:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -
Thank you Lisa and Takeiteazy......unfortunately I dont have the info as I was out when I had them and threw away the pots!
Will stick to the ones I know are definitely free in future, although they were a better choice than the ice cream which is what I really wanted!!!0 -

I've started freezing a yoghurt a day now (at work, if I'm there). I don't yearn for ice cream but frozen yog is good I think because it makes it much s.l.o.w.e.r to eat them, normally I gobble them down :rotfl::jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Morning all. Those laughing cow blue cheese things look delish! Has anyone tried them? I REALLY love blue cheese, can you taste it much?
Here's my plan for today:
Breakfast - porridge & banana
Lunch - leftover pasta bake from last night (with chicken and loads of veggies in it). Melon & pineapple, yogurt with mixed berries.
Tea - SW fish & chips (need to look up sysns for the breadcrumbs) with mushy peas and carrots and green beans. Will probably have a couple of sysns worth of ketchup too.
Snacks - Apple, satsumas, peach. Pickled onion soup (OH is at work till 8.45pm and then has a 45min drive so tea will be late, the soup will keep me going till then!)
I'll still have plenty of syns too so I might just treat myself to something naughty for supper. Actually, as we're having a late tea I'd probably best have some syns when I have my soup snack!
Tomorrow I'm doing a 20 mile walk!! I'm planning to make a big pasta salad to take with me and I'll have Marion's breakfast rice before I set off.0 -

L - mash, quorn burger [.5 syn], beans, mushrooms, tomato, oil spray [2 syns], ex light salad cream [.5 syn]

leek and pea soup
2 leeks
2 onions
2 big tins of mushy peas
2 cloves of garlic
seasoning to taste
finely chop onions garlic and leek i usually boil in stock from an oxo rather than water for 20 mins til tender add the mushy peas and seasoning and let simmer for 10 mins and bobs your aunty a pan full of green stuff which doesnt look to appetising but is really lush, i use it after a heavy weekend to catch up a little ...., and is pizza hut a must? could you swap it for somewhere you could make fab choices on extra easy you can eat anything really your perogative to choose lol i do love pizza hut tho... good luck for your wedding and be good xmay groc challenge £167/£280...0 -
Morning all ive bought a 6 week countdown in class this week so feeling mega motivated and im aiming for a stone loss in that countdown, ive lurked on here for a long while so going to tag along if you dont mind ive got a massive amount to lose but have made a start last 6 weeks and lost 19 1/2 lbs which is fab considering since thats including a small gain as been away for a week.. Im away for a wedding end of september and I know i wont be a size 8 but know i can be happier and slimmer by then I follow the e/e plan all the time as I find it a way of life not a diet and we all eat the same at home.... breakfast - fruit and fibre and s.s milk (hea1 and heb1)
lunch - s/w wedges and beans.
dinner - gammon egg a little pasta n sauce (will be late with my hubby after work)
will edit with any syns or snacks later...may groc challenge £167/£280...0
