My pudding rice - Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt (if you can find the blueberry yogurt!) , rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW green and EE so can be made any time you fancy it really!
Another combination that tastes great is the vanilla yogurt with the chocolate bits in with a chopped banana and of course the rice, and I have also tried a bit of stewed rhubarb (synned of course) with vanilla yogurt and tiny sprinkle of ginger - nice on a cold morning!
Love
Marion:)

Yes the Remoska is brilliant - I rarely turn on my big oven now as almost everything goes into the Remy! I recently bought an actifry, I love it just as much as the Remoska! I can make lovely SW chips, roast veg etc for only a teaspoon of oil which I syn. It is great at cooking meat as well - all the fat just melts off. When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
