Morning all.
I'm up too! No rose hangover for me - 2 glasses and I fell asleep!
Have to get on with lots of things today so writing them down will hopefully help me to get on with them.....- Write 3/4 lessons - have had a spurt of energy and done 2 already!
- Take dog for haircut, not cheap but he needs it desperately - am desperate to see what he looks like - you'd swear he was having open heart surgery not a trim! Getting him at 1.30
- Go to Mr T's armed with a list for the weekly shop - done, spent £43 hmmmmm
- Cleaning - all done, house is now sparkling, nice and aired and there's only me in so it'll stay like that for at least 3 hours!
- Look at more job apps and make a list of the ones I'll tackle next - a load more jobs have just been released so not going to cry just yet!
- Take money out of the bank for the week
- Have a LSD apart from the shopping
- Walk dog for free exercise (one done already)
- Phone mum on free landline
- Do at least one load of washing - second one in now
Having quite a productive day so far - more work to do later, just having a mini rest!0 -

I got another Christmas pressie - a new condition book in the charity shop for £1 - a book that will be suitable for general male relatives so have put it on my general list ready for someone this Christmas or next year (I am mostly ready for Christmas 2010 so it may be in our gift box until 2011
). It does not beat the book I gave someone last year for 60p, but this year's cheapest gift will be some of my 10p superdrug bargains :T I don't think I will be able to beat a 10p gift

My list for the weekend:- Catch up with the flylady thread!! (Cleaning to keep me out of money-spending trouble.) Cleaned the blind and I can't believe how well it's come up! Was so convinced that I needed a new one. £16 saved.
- Get a charity/car boot/ebay bag together and decide what to do with those CDs... Think I've found a few ebayable things and not finished yet. That can be tomorrow's task.
- [STRIKE]Re-used a bag yesterday so saved 4p and didn't need to buy another one[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Wash make-up brushes[/STRIKE] Ew. Must do this more often!
- [STRIKE]Put any change in the jar - almost £20 again (it's one of those ones that count on the top), which has been used the past twice for a bottle of wine when we go out for a meal on clubcard vouchers so it's kinda 'free'.[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Tying my hair up so it doesn't need washing[/STRIKE]
- Quick hokey cokey on 30 - can get away with it after my trip to the launderette with sheets and towels. I've come to the conclusion that there will never be a time when I don't have any washing to do - I wouldn't be able to fit all the clothes in the wardrobe if everything was clean! (Not that I have too many clothes - just a tiny bedroom.)
- [STRIKE]Making a weetabix loaf[/STRIKE] Looking good. Now waiting for it to cool!
- Coming up with some sort of meal plan for next week and deciding whether we need a big online shop or can hold off for another week
- [STRIKE]Count my pennies to see how much I can sponsor my friend[/STRIKE]
- Phone mum with free mins to see if she caught her flight - that's funny about your ex, Picasso - wouldn't it be a shame if he couldn't get back?! :rotfl:
- No trip to the beautician so far in 2010 :A - so some DIY pampering later
- Wedding planning (with no unplanned/spur of the moment buying going on!) only after everything is done!
Catch up soon
La xx

Thanks for reminding me I need to do mine - I cheated when I was in a hotel the other week and washed the ones I had on me in their "free" shampoo. Need to pack the rest for my hotel stay this week.La_escocesa wrote: »cleaning makeup brushes...Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
