You're all lovely! Thanks for joining me.

Well ended up buying DS a new orange coat (suitable for cycling too - dayglo orange and black) £19.99 reduced from £60,
    no fear shorts £10.99 and
    no fear swimming shorts £7.99
drinks bottle half price at £3.99 but should clip to his bike.

He was really chuffed. He bought a Tshirt with his own pocket money £5 no fear - and was interested in a hoodie at £12 but I said no... He could buy it himself if he had the money but he didn't need it.

We shared a pack of chips between us so felt reasonably virtuous. Did I mention the 3 mile or so walk.... LOL

    Hi:wave:
Can I ask how you manage your to juggle your time between setting up a business, studying, working, book writing, home and children, internet....Do you have a strict timetable as to what you will do when? I'm trying to fit study (law) around work and I find it all a bit overwhelming a lot of the time. Looking for inspiration:)

hi mags, bz, csa and Chris blue - thanks for posting.

Today is my first day in my new job. The kids have started the day well by shouting and screaming so I feel so rested not!!!! Luckily I don't have to be in until 10am so I can drop the kids off have half an hour of peace while I do my make up and have a coffee and then set off. OH has gone off to see a specialist to see if there is anything that can reduce his snoring and improve his breathing in the night - that would help both of us! It did however mean I was stuck sorting out the kids on my first day in work since Jan!

Mags - I do what I feel like doing at the time. I have a running list in my head and go through it. Housework is never a priority. I read somewhere that JK Rowling said she did no housework for 4 years while she wrote the first Harry Potter books !!! I would be similar :rotfl:

With the coaching stuff it is for me and only me at the moment - its not yet a paying concern so fairly low pressure. I have a target to write at least one blog per week but other than that not too bad. I am not yet studying but am a fast reader so burn through books in an afternoon that might take someone else a week or more. I do twitter and business facebooks updates as and when I feel like it....

My book... is currently stuck........ Part of it was on a memory stick and I can't find it. I tend to find though the busier I am the more I get done so I am hoping that I will feel more motivated to achieve once in my new job.

My children are a priority. So I have my laptop in the lounge so I can do internet stuff and still be sat next to my daughter. We go out for 1:1 treats with the kids individually or perhaps watch a programme just with them as a way of giving them quality time.

I have a cleaner as I am not gifted in that direction and it saves arguments and keep us hygenic LOL! I pay £23 a week for 3.5 hours - worth every penny!

Good luck with prioritising. Perhaps keep a diary of how you are spending your TIME and why - and then work out how you could spend it more effectively. So do you need to give yourself a treat to motivate you to study before or after your study etc....

Thanks for the reply about the time management, loads to think about there. I'm also jealous of how fast you can get the reading done!
