Been on 3 bike rides this week totalling 22 miles. Been a manically busy week at work etc.

Have finally caught up on my e-banking and we have been doing badly. I do have a cheque to put in the bank tomorrow and am owed about £200 in expenses which I need to submit a claim for

Thanks Tirl. Can't wait for our long weekend!! Kids are away most of next week too so that will be restful!! I feel shattered and demotivated at the moment. Need to get out in the sun more I think and rejuvenate!

Are you going away or just staying home relaxing?

We all have times when we're demotivated and sometimes need a bit of a break. You'll come back stronger!
Is that shattered from working? You do seem to have a lot on your plate, I don't know how you manage it all but you do! You're doing fab! (((hugs)))

Hi Tirl and CMD thanks for posting. We didn't go away but the kids did. We managed a night out with friends while they were away - and brought home left overs from an indian meal to have another night!

I am just shattered at the moment - I think that I've pinpointed taking non-drowsy allergy tablets as the thing that disturbed my sleep pattern so I am going to try using the normal ones instead in the hope that I sleep better. I had got back to the point where I was only going to sleep about 3am again which isn't good.

On an MSE note may go into town and put some cheques into the bank

I am trying to do more exercise. I have finally cottoned on to buying reduced price produce at the supermarket. Had £6 of steak for £2 for the family tonight. Yummy
