I ordered mine on the 16th or 17th April. Not received.

Ordered mine on the 14th April. Received a 'monitor on the way' email on the 21st. Received monitor this morning.

Thank you. I never received any email saying "on the way" or anything else. Spam folder has nothing in it from them either.

No email so probably no monitor.

I can't remember when I ordered it. I think i got an email from N-power as I'm a customer.


And those who say N power is too expensive (& anyone else).. It's still worth checking on comparison sites occasionally. N power were cheapest for me 8 months ago, I've just checked again and they're still showing as the cheapest.

I'm an N power customer, and had applied for one when i went over to paperless billing. Never came. I applied again with this offer and when again I got nothing I rang them, saying that I was very fed up that they were ignoring genuine n power customers, and that as Eon were offering a free monitor for customers, I would be changing suppliers.

Guess what - I now have my monitor......

I quit with n power just before this offer and it has just turned up 2 months later! I never thought it was coming but it did

Thanks for the eon post, I wasn't aware of them offering one, even though I have been with them for a year now! I have a "smart" monitor that EATS batteries (about 1 set per month) so look forward to getting the EON one which is mains powered.
EDIT: no sooner do I sign up for this than I get an email advertising it! ;-)
