Wow I am really impressed by the response and all the wonderful pictures. I am delighted to see so many of you using containers as we had our back garden re turfed last year (pre-gardening bug) so hubby wont let me dig anything up out there! Our patio doesn't get much sun though so any ideas on colourful plants/flowers for pots would be a great help.

Yes they are pretty thanks!0 -
My back wall seems to be in shade all the time. (We haven't been here long enough to see what will happen later in the year, but don't think it'll ever get much sun, not at the bottom anyway!) I've got a climbing hydrangea in a pot ready to go against it as apparently it loves a shaded wall. I'm also ready to hack it back every so often as I've heard it's really quick growing. Mummy to an amazing little girl0

I feel slightly embarrassed to put my pics up as yours are all absolutely fantastic and my are dull in comparison
Hoping they will turn out to be more colourful as the months go on to summer.
