    Thank you pearla :)

I have been trying to follow most of that advice to lose weight anyway, I will have a read through. My mum had gallstones many years ago so it's possible I guess.

Collected dds results with her and she got the c she was after :T this the extra course she had to do an extra year to study. Once she had done the foundation year her head of year said she couldn't do the extra a level as she wasn't good enough  it culminated in me refusing to leave college until I saw him face to face and him refusing to see me and changing his mind. I am so happy for her as she works so hard and doesn't find things easy.

I had to drive to the hospital today as they wouldn't book appointments over the phone and wanted the paperwork taken in. I have to wait for an appointment to be posted to me and it will be 4-6 weeks or so  although saying that I would be more worried if it was fast tracked :o

So a definite no alcohol and low fat healthy diet until then, we've if it is nothing to do with what's wrong it won't do any harm.

Took dd to buy a few bits as she is off to Germany for her boyfriend's uncles wedding, spent more than expected though £60, but I think she deserves a treat :D it can go into the black hole of missing money I lost when I messed the accounts up! Also need to order a couple of non underwired bras for me to wear for the moment usually fairly £££ even from the high street stores.

Thanks Alex, yes she had already been offered a place and had accepted.

Thank shs did have a look but ended up getting some in tesco this morning.

A much needed lazy day today, watched Crimson peak with ds2 on now tv, love a gothic ghost story :D need to update the finances and I am sure there will be almost zero left to spend on the cc after I spent over £70 in mr t this morning. Put some petrol in too, and two different women had put petrol in their diesel cars in the time it took me to put £20 in, that will cost them

Loan accepted so we can change it over, I will have to make a lump sum payment to clear the rest as we could only borrow £24,500 and the O/S bal is over £25,300 and I had not factored in the two months with no payment sat the start ofthe loan so won't have too much of a surplus, still worth the effort though (just about!)

Mortgage payment will be down this month to pay for that and then will be higher due to the surplus generated with a lower loan payment.

Back later to update monthly spends.

Busy couple of days decorating dds bedroom while she is away, we already bought the glass desk and bedside table earlier this year, so I needed to buy blinds and under bed storage this weekend (plus a picture) £36 spent plus £7.94 on paint last week , I did all white with one wall pale green and it looks good, but I am shattered.

She had already cleared loads of bags, I swear she still held on to everything she has ever had since the day she was born :rotfl: it's "minimalist' now except for the dvd and book collection which she won't part with. It's a surprise for her so she had better like it.:D

dd's bedroom sounds great. we will have to decorate all the bedrooms soon and it's not something I enjoy. You do it so well!

Fingers crossed your symptoms settle and all goes okay at your ultrasound.

Hi NG just wanted to say hello, I've read most of your diary and it's so inspirational. OH and I would love to pay off our mortgage in 10 years, and have been doing reasonably well but now I've decided to go self employed and so has hubby, interesting times!
For your health have you ever looked into juicing? It really helped me, takes away most cravings and packs your cells with nutrition, would help re gallbladder prob also.
    Good luck with everything
